Rooms are very comfortable. Can't fault the staff. Breakfast excellent.
Having to pay for wifi is a pain - why can't all hotels include this necessary facility in the price?
good value for money food is correct
dirty toilet seat hair on the bath
Dining Room staff were very friendly and helpful, as were the staff at reception.
Room was cold until I realised the heating was off - ok thereafter.
Staff very good
Cost of a double expresso being half the cost of breakfast
Everything was great
Close to motorway
Room was not finished well. Sharp edges / gaps in skirting. Below standard for this class of hotel
Very little. Breakfast was nice.
The club room had a dangerously low ceiling. If you fancy concussion, stay here. Staff did not care about incident and receptionist surpressed a giggle. Unimpressed.
£10 for WiFi for a day!
Staff and location were fantastic, we lved our stay here and would return again.
Nice room near the gym
Only arrived with cash and needed debt card so couldn't check in . Luckily my friend had her card so don't know what the outcome may have been if she didn't
The staff , the facilities and the location.
Having to pay for WIFI
The cleanliness of the rooms. The food quality and the pool are excellent.
Waited one hour for a sandwich in an empty bar.
Value for money great location for us. Warm welcome.
Wifi cost a bit steep and not much mobile service in the hotel
Staff very friendly, food was yummy!
Breakfast expensive (£11 a day) Wifi expansive - these should be included! I wasn't aware of the leisure club and pool until checkout!
easy access, friendly staff and comfortable room
Value for money. I had an enjoyable stay and would be happy to recommend the hotel to others
Most places not supply WiFi free of charge.
As usual, friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.
Swimming pool closed for maintenance, so no swim
Almost everything, disappointed the pool was closed but understood why at this time of the year, the staff were particularly excellent, friendly reassuring we were happy, had a slight problem with liqueur coffee's but this was rectified the best it could be and we weren't charged because of the situation, staff were still excellent in dealing with the situation in the Saturday night and equally while waiting for beer to run through staff made sure we were happy with the beer that was given after this, nothing was a problem and would definitely return, breakfast was very good plenty choice nothing a problem Also had a lovely bar meal which was very good no problems overall and most definitely will return, thanks for a great wkend
Nothing at all, pool bring closed was out with anyone's control really as has gone done at some point and obviously better in the winter season.
Shopping close by. Cinema on hand. Comfy bedrooms.
Had to put the kettle on the floor to boil it,which I believe is veru dangerous this really needs addressing. Room 105
Couldn't fault anything and the staff were unfailingly cheerful, polite and professional.
An excellent hotel, really nice room, all facilities excellent, staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
The staff were always cheerful & very helpful - we arrived about a hour before our check in time but were told it was no problem, our room was ready. The shower was great and the bed very comfy (even had 2 pillows each without having to ask.) The bar food was excellent, very tasty and reasonably priced.
No proper path from hotel to road, you either had to walk on the drive or take the short cut across the grass which got very muddy and slippery. Also, after going to the cinema we returned at 10.40 to find the bar had closed and I had been so looking forward to a bedtime drink :(
Te room was clean and tidy. he bed was comfortable, it was close to my meeting venue and i can not praise the staff highly enough
The food was expensive, not very hot and very average for the price.Something i would expect from a mediocre pub chain, no a hotel. I find the lighting a bit dim. I would prefer brighter light bulbs
Arrived on a cold mid January Sunday night. Themostat on radiator was set to minimum, hence cold. Reset to reasonable level and it started to feel warm. Went to bar to get some food, and found it cold there. Went back to room at about 9.00pm, and half an hour latter began to feel very cold. This was because heating was turned of. Called reception and they sent a man up to bleed the radiator. At 10.10 got anoyed with reception as the heating failure clearly was due to the timer. Asked to be moved to another room. They said no as the heating was off in all the Hotel and they had emailed the Manager! Eventually the brought an oil filled electric radiator.
