Close to the centre. Open late so great for young people.
Shared bathroom. But still good value for money.
The breakfast was available 24/7 which was excellent as I hadn't eaten before the night out so I had some jam toast ;D The staff also know the area well and helped me find convience stores.
Sharing bathrooms and toilets is always a bit daunting. Although undesirable it was not much of a problem.
That it was close to the town and the railway station.
everything you needed was there
I arrived at the location and I didn t have my reservation. Very poor. I gived my credit card to booking. com to reserve the room and they didn t have my booking.
No towels, very limited dig breakfast
The cleanliness was very poor, shower was dirty and there was dust and cobwebs in the room. Very run down, the rooms needs upgraded.
Dirty bathroom, broken tiles, no soap, filthy skirting boards, cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, stained carpets, hooks missing from curtains, freezing.
Basic and clean
lumpy mattress only sign of any staff was when given the key and codes for hte door. after that there was NOONE!
Dirty carpets. Crockery dirty
It's got a nice location, and it's pretty cheap, so it's an excellent choice if you're not looking for too much and just need a place to stay. Bed was relatively comfy, room had a plenty of dressers as well, and a TV. If you love parties, you'll love weekends here.Overall, it's a good place to stay for those that do not want to spend too much money.
Some parts of the room were extremely dusty, and one of the dressers was full of dirt, so yeah, that's a bit too low on hygiene, even for a cheap B&B. Shared bathroom is also never a good thing. And if you're looking to sleep during the weekends, good luck with that when partying starts. And it wouldn't have killed them to have a few more power outlets too in the room.
Nice customer service Nice clean room Excellent location would recommend it to others Let my travel pillow have a bad neck please may I have it back x Thankyou will stay again
Nothing was good we knew it may be noisy ...but we had a brilliant stay Many thanks x
VERY SMOKY PLACE, NO SMOKING POLICY NOT ENFORCED. NO TOWELS UNTIL THE FINAL NIGHT. NO BREAKFAST ON THE FIRST MORNING. ROOM NEEDED CLEANING ONLY STAFF MEMBER SEEN WAS A CLEANER ON ONE DAY ONLY.
Location excellent , good pub
Cleanliness of room poor
On friday and saturday this pub is a nightclub while 6am.rave/dance music is played at high volume while 6am.no chance of sleeping unless you are deaf or comatose.i have complained they have ignored
The single room!
The kitchen facilities.
close to facitilities friendly staff
no towels lock on second shared bathroom did not wok
Loved the value for money. Negative reviews I read we're not accurate for my stay here. Good bath and shower, nice bed and clean linen
Silly but I didn't like having to login to wifi every time my phone turned off and on. Also paying for parking wasn't the best
The decor downstairs to the pub was clean and original.
No toilet roll, lack of towels, no en-suite, breakfast was poor as it consisted of cereals and mouldy bread. We came back to find a drunken man asleep in the landing of the stairs who tried to open my door in the middle of the night.
Flying visit. Friendly people in Wakefield.
To be honest, nothing.
Everything. Dirty, poor staff, unkempt room and facilities, bad smell from breakfast area, etc. etc.
near to town. clean room. room rate afordable
nothing dislike because shortstay
