A little bit different Rooms are fabulous Breakfast is great
We got upgraded to a suite and loved it! We had our 7 month old baby with us & it was great for us all. We even slept until 8 because the blackout curtains were amazing & no noise at all from adjacent rooms, corridors or the party upstairs! We wanted to move in :)
Only minor thing was the mirror wasn't well positioned for getting ready (I had to sit on a cushion) & no full length mirror.
The room was beautiful, clean and huge. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on and I got a great nights sleep.
Was very disappointed that my wife and I were unable to use the rooftop bar as it had been hired out. I understand that this is a common practice in hotels but we should really have been informed before arriving.
The rooms are lovely and clean. The staff were welcoming. The hotel and location was perfect. Overall we had a very nice stay and we will come again when we visit manchester.
Drinks over priced, didn't understand why we had to give 50 pounds as a deposit for the drinks when we paid in cash. We would have preferred to check in at lunch time to give us time to go shopping and not worry about having our luggage with us. The roof top closed to early. Breakfast extremely over priced.
Pleasant change from corporate atmosphere of large hotels Comfy bed Pleasant staff
There was a function on - no access to roof, and service a bit dlayed at the banr
No hot tub after 11 !!!
Decor beautiful, service and doesn't feel that u in a hotel fantastic concept
Didn't like the noises in morning outside with what looked like delivers and pick up trash truck
Lovely decorations, lots of thought had gone into everything from the fresh cookies on arrival to the way the rooms were laid out and the extra books and so on to browse.
Nothing in particular!
The room was lovely and comfortable, with the bathroom on a mezzanine level. Superb rooftop bar area. Staff were fantastic and could not have been more helpful.
Plastic topiary ???
Staff were very friendly & helpful. Great location near to lots of amenities.
Leak in the bathroom from the toilet. Ordered a scone & tea which was £11 pp which seemed very over-priced particularly as the scone was tiny!
a letter of complaint has been sent with all details to management
Lovely little touches to help make your stay memorable
Bar and roof Terrance closed off for a wedding so couldn't use them as a hotel guest
Loved the hotel, the roof-top terrace, the hot tub!
Our bed was really uncomfortable - possibly broken? - with a severe lean in to the middle :-(
£25 to park your car outside then get a parking ticket to pay the next morning. Then they said it was my fault !!!! Shocking!!!
The hotel was amazing felt so comfortable being there. The staff couldn't do enough for you. It was very clean. And good value.
Nothing to be honest just felt right.
Nice boutigue hotel
Car parking charges. On all occasions when booking I have asked them for no feather pillows. Each time this has been forgotten and on one occasion I was told it was to late to change pillows as housekeeping had gone home!
Quirkiness, just so different, lots of little rooms and alcoves, such great character. Absolute must to stay if you are looking for something different but great. The bed must have been one of the most comfortable I have slept in a long time.
Roof terrace was busy due to warm weather however they seemed very understaffed and the wait for drinks and meal was excessive. Had you been on a time limit you would have had to leave. The staff that were on duty were helpful and friendly.
Loved the room - comfortable, unusual, stylish and well thought through. The breakfast was superb, and I really enjoyed the whole ambience of the place.
Nothing to dislike
The room was spectacular, the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful and the rooftop terrace was amazing. A fantastic hotel that was excellent value for money due to the quality of service and exceptional facilities.
Nothing, couldn't fault anything.
Its just different and quirky
Paid good money to stay here £600 for two rooms for 1 night...paid extra for Breakfast,,Paid Extra for car parking ..Paid Service Charge for everything...No toilet Rolls in Bathroom asked at reception on our way out..had to ask again at 1pm on our return.....No room service when out to make the beds and remove Coffee cups etc.... Dident feel like a guest just a customer
