They had TV and facilities for hot drinks in the bedroom as well as a comfy bed. The shower did not drain properly and the squeaky floor boards made it hard to move quietly around the room/hotel. |

Our room looked at the ocean, you can't beat that! Great location, just minutes away from the train station and centre. there was no shower, only bath in our room. The creaky floorboards.... Breakfast was good but a bit too expensive (£7.50pp) compared to local cafes (app.£5 inc.drinks) and not included in the price. |

Hotel was perfectly located, allowed access 24 hours which was great when returning late after enjoying the local nightlife. The staff were very polite, happy and on hand 24 hours to assist if any problems arised. The room was abit outdated with very creaky floors everytime you moved! |

the staff were very helpful and the hotel had a great location. the decor was dated and tired but cleanlyness combatted this. the hotel was quiet but had the facilities to be lively in the peak season. i would use this hotel again for these reasons plus it had a resonable price for the stay. room decor |

The staff on the front desk were great! They were always happy to help and very approachable. The hotel is also very well located close to everything you would want from newquay! The shower is very Temperamental but once u get used to it all is good. |

I liked the fact that it was close to all amenities Room very pokey and bed too small. Would advise paying extra for premier or premium room. |

the hotel was in an excellent location, also easy access from airport. you are able to walk out the front on to the main thoroughfare and walk out the back to the beach. |

The hotel is competitively priced, excellent if you are a family on a budget. The majority of the staff are friendly and helpful and the cliff seaside terrace is exceptional, especially good if you have children who like to run around. Car parking is a bit of a farce, you need to book with the hotel in advance otherwise you'll have to find somewhere else to park. Whilst we were there the car park was protected by a chain which relied on other residents to keep putting up and down. When they didn't put the chain up you would frequently find someone else in the space you'd paid for (yes it costs extra). A couple of other very minor things, the hairdryers in the bathrooms are next to useless - take your own and the television reception in the rooms is very poor due to Cornwall switching over to TV digital and the TV's being analogue. |

The breakfast (extra 15 pounds) was very good. The parking arrangements (reservation fee and procedure) were not made available to me when I booked the room on line. As a result I had to pay to park overnight in newquay long stay park half a mile away. |

THe bar and restaurant area was reallly nice. The breakfast I had was excellent. Yes, the room was very shabby (chipped paint, loose wallpaper, pillows that have definitely seen better days). Also, it smelled bad. Not what I was expecting at all given the pictures you have posted on your website. |

the restaurant with its beautiful terrace, garden and views over the atlantic ocean were amazing!! It seems like the room itself has not been redecorated since the '70s, ugly worn-out furniture, and the matresses were of such bad quality that I could not sleep during the entire night due to the worn-out matress! |
