Great Western  

All of the break the room was spacious clean and fantastic views, very quiet, serene .

They didnt have any of the local, Honey handwash, shower gel, in stock which was in our room nice product then again I would have said this was the company who supplied the Hotel oversight.

View from room at no extra charge. Very pleasant staff throughout hotel. Refurbished room very well done.

Got our room upgraded for free just for being polite at reception! Beautiful views from the bar/restaurant area. Friendly staff and clean hotel.

We loved the room it was very comfortable, the sea view was fantastic. The room was warm and clean. All the staff were a pleasure to talk with.

The staff were great and it's in a good location. The restaurant on site was lovely with great views.

Our room was a bit dated and the bathroom not great, but it was clean. A little noise travels through the rooms (we were in an older part of the building) but it was a good stay and we would definitely recommend it. Pay for parking just so you are aware.

I liked the size of the room.

The staff bathroom was next to my room and the staff was slaming the door everytime even in the night

Brilliant location, room nice and spacious. All round nice place to stay, would recommend to all.

One little thing, my hairdryer did not work.

We loved the sea view, absolutely amazing. Took some great snap shots. The food was delicious, and the room was comfortable. We loved watching the surfers and the sunset, and having a glass of wine. It was a beautiful romantic break.

room with next door restaurant's siting area looking right into our room what did not give much privacy unless the curtains were drawn. Dining area "pub"- sat at dirty table for a while-waiting, so decided to have just a drink outside.

Noisy floor boards in room above which kept us awake all night as guest above didn't seem to go to sleep. The limited parking and how much you we had to pay for parking elsewhere. Its more pub like than hotel. We paid for premier room but view was not as good as expecting considering price of room and overlooked part of restaurant.

Incompetent staff

The superior room was excellent, which was unexpected. Very modern with all the amenities you'd expect.

The parking was a problem, but not a such a problem that it caused any inconvenience.

parking was a joke /could do with cleaning windows in dining room area to take in view was over priced have stayed in better for less money .

Quite noisy, especially at night - good place to party, not so much to relax.

Many of the rooms have seaside views. Spectacular! Room was clean, bed extremely comfortable, and bath very relaxing.

Hotel has a lift, but many corridors and stairs still need navigated, a bit cumbersome to carry luggage throughout.

Our view was amazing but we did pay a little extra for one Of the redecorated sea view rooms. Location great for beach walks or short walk into town. Close enough to a night on the town but far enough away to be peaceful when you get back. On site restaurant and bar also has anything you could think of and was always busy

More parking spaces would have been great. Book car space early!!

Very nice room layout; room is spacious and the bathroom is disabled-friendly. Some rooms have sea views.

Beautiful location in the town of Newquay Staff were very friendly, as were everyone else we met in Newquay

Room looked old. Constant creaking floor and banging doors above. We were also unfortunate to be put in a room next to the recycling bins outside so there was a lot of noise when staff were throwing bottles in the bins.
