The staff were very friendly and helpful and I was very impressed with the quality of food. I am considering returning to Green Acres in the Spring next year. Nothing to complain about, except some areas could benefit from decoration, some might say this adds to the character !!!! |

On arrival, I was struck by the warm and welcoming atmosphere given by the staff. The pool was rather cold and it was supposed to be heated! |

Warm welcome by the receptionist. Very good food! A nice and spacious room. Very nice receptionists who gave us al the information we needed. The room was a little noisy in the morning and evening, when members of the staff arrived or left the hotel, because their cars were parked close to our room. |

Helpful staff. a bit noisey....when in ground floor room, could easily hear footsteps from room above. A previous night, I could hear every word of someone on a telephone - not sure from where but could hear both people (caller and receiver) |

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and the hotel was clean. The decoration in the hotel needs a re-vamp! The covers on the bed were seriously washed out and on had a hole. |

rooms were serviced well and regularly. Outdoor heated pool good. Excellent choice and quality of breakfast. Pleasant staff, good car park , liked the guest lounge, and nice views from rooms. Shower over bath was little more than a trickle. It took forever to shower, wash and rinse hair (short hair at that!). Water from hot tap was never more than just warm, not hot enough for a good wet shave. Our room was at the end of corrider and the weather at the time was cold as was the room. Fire exit immediately outside room, was often jammed open with a wedge with a howling wind blowing in. By the time we realised these 'bad points', we had unpacked and generally made ourselves at home for our 5 night stay and didn't want to go to the bother of changing rooms. Also, couldn't imagine the water would have been any warmer in a different room. I would recommend the hotel, but would advise to check shower, water temp before packing. |

The hotel was well run, all the staff were friendly and the food was very good, though rather too much at times! It was a shame that the outdoor swimming pool did not have its water heated as advertised. I did ask about this but didn't get a reply so asked again and was told the heater had broken. It was mended by the end of the week, but by then we were leaving. I did, however, swim in the pool and found it invigorating! |

I wasn't there long enough, but the facilities, pool restaurant, bar, and location all looked very good. The room were comfortable but a little dated. But they were adequate for the price. |

The Hotel is very friendly and family oriented. As a businessman I appreciate being able to stay at a Hotel where I don't get treated as an anonymous businessman! The food was good and the staff were very friendly The hotel is starting to look dated and could do with a good tidy-up. |

The reception staff were very friendly and informative. The location is excellent for all types of visit and although not there long enough to use the facilities ie. restaurant, pool etc, they appeared top class. |

staff were excellent / helpful and knowledgeable as was the food. Very run down which is a shame as it has a great lounge ares with old pieces. If you are a business person, ithas limited working area as wireless is not available in rooms / bar only in the lounge area |
