The staff are always very friendly Great views of the sea
The bed was a little old
Everything about this hotel was perfect. The food and service from all the staff was exceptional and I would highly reccomend this hotel
Booked for a surprise engagement (which went well) staff where fantastic and complimentary. Food was amazing and all the little extra touches made it a couple of days that will stay with me for the rest of our lives!
the view overlooking the harbour while eating breakfast was really fantastic
Very noisy plumbing in adjacent bathrooms which woke me up in the morning
From when we arrived at the greenback we were welcomed with friendly staff. Our room had the best view in Falmouth. Only a short walk into Falmouth. Bed was very comfy and a lovely tea set which was a lovely touch. I have stayed in many hotels in Falmouth but this was my favourite.
Tv small but who needs it with a view like that.
The New year celebrations party was brilliant the only suggestion is that there was no firework display at midnight which would make it better . the staff are so friendly.
Stayed over at new year great atmosphere, room was perfect, staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.Would recommend to anyone visiting Falmouth.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean and comfortable and excellent food in restaurant.
Everything was just wonderful for a perfect break away from it all.
Absolutely nothing !!!
Staff where lovely location perfect exactly what we wanted.
Breakfast wasn't the best we've had.
The staff were attentive and friendly. The view of the harbour from the breakfast and dinner venue was great.
Entrance to the hotel from the road could be better sign-posted. Cold muld wine delivered as part of room service order.
We were in a beautiful double room with a huge window that looked over the harbour. We were greated with a bottle of champagne in our room as we were celebrating our anniversary. We couldn't fault the hotel in any way, the breakfast was lovely with a variety of foods to choose from. We will definitely be coming back to the greenbank!
Very pleasant room with wonderful view across the harbour
The Hotel Was very good. Staff Excellent Easy walk into center of Town Room 207 fantastic view s
First night dined in not great. food was on the cool side and not well presented. Found great place 10 min walk so eat out
Very good service, great breakfasts.
Location, quality of food & friendly staff, furnishings.
We loved the location, the views, the comfort and the convenience. Parking was no problem although a bit tortuous. The food and service in the restaurant was excellent both for breakfast and dinner. The staff were very helpful, especially the reception staff who sorted out an alternative room for us Thank you for a memorable stay.
We booked through Booking.com at least 2 months in advance of the date we wanted. We came for a family reunion; we are both over 80. The room we were given was miles away, up steep stairs in the roof! I complained to reception. Had we known/been told that we were going to be put in such a room, we would never have booked it. Although the staff kindly put us in another room it was at extra cost. Full marks to the staff but – was this the fault of Booking.com or because the hotel had a large wedding party on that week-end so we were sidelined at the last minute?
Great view Quiet room Nice atmosphere
Staff Reception booking in and out Really good tea in Afternoon including mulled wine very good. Carering staff Attentive and helpful especially Marias and Lorraine. Car park good. We look forward to next visit.
Bedroom fine best ever as panaromic harbour view but the radiator could not cope behind a long curtain. Dinner menu was somewhat of a dissapointment being no where near as good as view!
The view from the room was wonderful, as was the hotel in general. The staff were helpful and polite, and my request for raw oysters was no problem.
Not being told there was a Christmas party on. Bit of a disturbance during the night.... The decor is starting to look tired and the silicone in the bathroom needs redoing.
all of it!
Waterfront location just a short walk from town centre.
Window hinges were broken leaving a one inch draughty gap. Poor standard of rooms for the price. Very poor quality breakfast. Bedrooms badly need refurbishment. Bucket of water under drip in corridor suggests roof also requires attention.
