The hotel is very well run, however as I was booking out, there were customers trying to book an evening meal that evening, they were told that they wernt taking any booking for evening dinner as a coach party was expected, the receptionist who was very helpfull was contacting the kitchen to see if they could accomadate them for dinner.I have stayed in many good hotels that have fuctions booked, th mangement of those hotels have allways been at pains to reassure me that it will not in any way inconvienice the other residents. Taking of orders at breakfast was a little slow, several other guests found the same, but there was allways an apology for the delay. |

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The situation of the hotel made it easy to walk into town ro drive into the countryside. The food was not very good - overcooked fish for example. The duvets were too hot for the time of year. Most of the TV channels could not be used because the picture kept breaking up. |

The view from the huge windows was worth the stay alone. The food in the Brasserie was excellent. Having access to the internet was very helpful. We loved the paintings in the hall, which were apparently by the manager's mother in law? The breakfast could be improved. Toast was burnt and scrambled eggs tasteless. The service however was very good. You also are trying to be green. How about doing away with the 9 light bulbs in the bathroom? |

The location ,external bar area, sea views and good quality food It needed a birthday in some areas. The computer area and associated spaces were not welcoming and rather scruffyand too many higgledy piggledy stairs. |

Room with lovely views over the estuary and a big bay window to sit in and watch the boats go by, definately worth paying the extra for the view. Room was spacious with a comfy bed. Short walk up the hill into Falmouth. Good breakfast, with views again! Staff all friendly and helpful. |

The location was good, a few minutes walk from other planned activities. Room faced the road into town and was noisy from traffic and from people. The windows were double glazed but needed to be open as the room became very warm. The rooms overlooking the harbour would have been much better - I'd stay again in such a room. |

Excellent food! Unfortunately my room was not sea view. But the room was very clean and we enjoyed to stay. I was not able to access the internet in my room even if I input the password which a staff told. |
