Great location, clean room, attentive staff.
Tiny bathroom, weak wifi signal.
Renovated place, very close to a very good metro line
very small rooms; specially the shower.
The decoration is simplistic and comfortable. Room is very decent and has all kind of facilities you need. Safe, quiet and convinient surroundings, 3 mins to the station. Besides, the receptionist is very kind and heldful! Definitely I would come for my next trip!
No frills but perfect if you just want good quiet room, comfortable bed, shower and helpful staff
5th floor windows v small, for a new lift its very slow
wow this was a great stay my wife and I had been on a 10 week holiday of Europe and the UK we stayed and low budget accommodation and some top end the jade was a surprise for its cost close to every thing and if not the tube got you there a must stay
the local food was a let down but the tube got you to where ever you needed to step up in style
The location; Wi-fi is excellent; The facilities are recent; Earl's Court station is just a few metres distance from the hotel
In our room we could hear the subway passing through; It is very difficult to regulate the shower for hot and cold water. The rooms are too small but I heard that is typical in London
the towels were dirty, pillows were dirty as well, they had blood stains on them. The water was either too cold or too hot. The staff were speaking loudly in front of our door at 7:30 am and i had to make a complaint about it. There was too much noise coming from the air conditioning and as a result we had to turn it off and the room was cold. Moreover, there was noise coming from the underground-tube each time it passed. Overall, i would say that the facilities were poor and the management has to take everything under serious consideration. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Location Clean Value for money
Room a bit small but not a problem if you know that you are not spending a lot of time there.
no space to sit on toilet!!
Clean and comfortable rooms. Coffee, tea, chocolate refilled daily! Toiletries too! Wifi is good.
Room could do with some hangers, both in the bedroom and in the bathroom. ... Especially since space is limited
location close to underground station; comfortable bed;
single room very small; toilet/shower also very small
Near by the underground! Warm and comfy!
Not very polite stuff, but ok
THE SHOWER - HOT WATER SOMETIME DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY IN THE MORNING
Close to the tube
This hotel is moldy and smelly. The service is.. It dosent exist. Unfriendly service. This is not a hotel, it´s a missreble place. The rooms are close to the tube underground, so u cant get any sleep. The rom is refurnished to cover upp all the mold. Water leaks in to the rom. Stay away. Take my adwise and dont book a stay here. There is so much more that u can get in London.
Superb location Nice bathroom, good shower Very clean Good ventilation and heating Friendly staff
Not enough space to work or eat in properly Bed a bit too small (I'm 1.90m)
Love this hotel! Comfortable, clean, fast wifi. My favorite hotel in London. Close to the tube and an easy trip from Heathrow.
The room was neat and tidy. For the space of the unit, it was very comfortable. And the location was ideal in terms of distance to the tube and the main lines.
We liked the room and the bed. Good value for the money paid.
The only problem was the early morning we left and the water in the shower was cold.
Comfortable and clean, good location on main tube line and within 2 mins of Earls Court station. Friendly helpful staff
Showers were very hot and difficult to adjust temperature
Rooms have WiFi Close to tube station Earls Court Located in a rather quiet street
If you have a Lower Ground room be aware that the tube is very very close. It seems as if you could have your own access to the trains
very small space .
Great location and good value for money in London for a short city trip as a sleeping arrangement.no breakfast but plenty of option to eat around. Free coffee downstairs. Overall cleanness was good.
All deco rather new but everything done with little attention to detail. Even though the room looked good the quality of finishing just was not there. Bed ok but one mattress much newer then the other so the bed was pretty uneven. Few broken utilities such as cattle or lamp. There was also a cat's urine like smell in the bathroom (we could not defined where was it coming from cause the bathroom was rather clean).
cleaner make noise in a store cabinet v early outside the room
- Early check in since we arrived around 11, normally is 2 pm but we received from the reception person our room in 10 minutes - location very close to Earls court,2 minutes of walking
- Rooms towards the back are noisy from the tube/trains but still ok to get some sleep after a busy day
The room I stated in was quite spacious (superior single), very clean, new bathroom and modern furniture which was very well organised. A small built-in kitchenette made the stay very comfortable.
Upon arrival the receptionist asked if I was willing to switch my room with a twin with staggered beds. I said no and he didn't push for it further.
