Very clean, room is small but cozy and it has a small kitchenette which is really great!
Very clean, friendly people, great location. Minutes from tube. Will definitely use again.
Good location, modern and clean. Good value for money
Small room but its London, so dont have big luggage
Location was great, close to underground tube. Staff where friendly Decor of rooms where fresh and modern Small fridge in the room was a bonus Although not used, a microwave is supplied which is handy.
Rooms where small but adequate for a nice base while spending most of day and night out and about in London. Beds where really too small to call a double. Rooms where very warm and windows did not open.
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, it was very good value for money. The single room I was given was tiny but very functional. I would definitely stay there again
I asked for a wake up call and never got it.
Nice clean and new look place
Noise from Tube as it was next to the train tracks
free WiFi, friendly staff, location, comfortable beds, clean, plenty of shops and restaurants just down the street.
- Noise/shaking from the tube passing right under our window. -Tiny bathroom space, not comfortable for tall or large people.
Clean cosy rooms including Wi-Fi. Refrigerator and microwave oven in the room. 5 minute walk to Earl's Court underground. Most staff members are very friendly.
Building close to railway but not really disturbing.
Location Appliances With Lift
The second room we asked to move into was nice and big enough to breathe... Good area right next to Earl's Court station.
The first room we were given was tiny for 2 people to be able to stand up at the same time pretty much. As we were there for 4 nights I'd expected something slightly better than this. Upon request we were moved the next day, when a larger room became available. The second room was nice and big but was below the ground floor so the "big bay window" the receptionist said we had when I asked to move was pointless as all we could see was a brick wall, it also constantly smelt as if someone with a poorly stomach had just used the toilet, as soon as we walked in, probably something to do with the drains. So it was difficult to enjoy the room with space due to this off putting smell.
The staff was polite, good location
The room was quite small, unlike the pictures. My partner wanted to take shower after new years eve, however there was not hot water. Spoke to staff 3 times, who kept saying another 10 min..after 45 min we gave up on having a shower.
- Staffs are really nice and friendly! They are always willing to help and go out of their way to serve you! - Location is nice because it is right next to the subway station -Rooms are clean
- The rooms are very small, you can only fit yourself and your luggage - There were ants and flies in my room
Modern hotel in a great location
Great location, clean room, attentive staff.
Tiny bathroom, weak wifi signal.
Renovated place, very close to a very good metro line
very small rooms; specially the shower.
The decoration is simplistic and comfortable. Room is very decent and has all kind of facilities you need. Safe, quiet and convinient surroundings, 3 mins to the station. Besides, the receptionist is very kind and heldful! Definitely I would come for my next trip!
No frills but perfect if you just want good quiet room, comfortable bed, shower and helpful staff
5th floor windows v small, for a new lift its very slow
wow this was a great stay my wife and I had been on a 10 week holiday of Europe and the UK we stayed and low budget accommodation and some top end the jade was a surprise for its cost close to every thing and if not the tube got you there a must stay
the local food was a let down but the tube got you to where ever you needed to step up in style
The location; Wi-fi is excellent; The facilities are recent; Earl's Court station is just a few metres distance from the hotel
In our room we could hear the subway passing through; It is very difficult to regulate the shower for hot and cold water. The rooms are too small but I heard that is typical in London
the towels were dirty, pillows were dirty as well, they had blood stains on them. The water was either too cold or too hot. The staff were speaking loudly in front of our door at 7:30 am and i had to make a complaint about it. There was too much noise coming from the air conditioning and as a result we had to turn it off and the room was cold. Moreover, there was noise coming from the underground-tube each time it passed. Overall, i would say that the facilities were poor and the management has to take everything under serious consideration. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Location Clean Value for money
Room a bit small but not a problem if you know that you are not spending a lot of time there.
no space to sit on toilet!!
Clean and comfortable rooms. Coffee, tea, chocolate refilled daily! Toiletries too! Wifi is good.
Room could do with some hangers, both in the bedroom and in the bathroom. ... Especially since space is limited
location close to underground station; comfortable bed;
single room very small; toilet/shower also very small
Near by the underground! Warm and comfy!
Not very polite stuff, but ok
