Location The room smelled of damp, it was on a slope, the room was tiny and just managed to fit a double bed. the cleanliness was abismal with dust on the majority of surface areas. |

Not much. Trains rumbling by every 1-2 minutes. All of the hotels on the even side of Hogarth Road butt right up against the train lines, which are above ground at this point. |

There was nothing to like, I checked out earlier then planned and booked into another hotel The hotel is in a sad state of repair and should not be open for business. Stair carpet was worn and in a dangerous state. bedroom furniture was in very poor condition and should have been in a skip. No plug in bathroom sink and toilet seat kept hitting you when sat down on seat. carpet in bedroom also in poor condition. |

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The Hotel was located centrally and within easy reach of the tube station. There were loose tiles on the bathroom floor which were a trip hazard. |

Location...not too far from tube station. Where do I start? Firstly, the tube running nearby from 6am til about 2am, could hardly sleep on the first night, only slept on the 2nd nite due to being tired from the lack of sleep on the first night....no remote control working for TV, why have one at all if its not working? Bad reception from some of the TV channels..... |

There was nothing in particular that I liked but I don't have complaints either. There was nothing special about it. Everything was average at the most. |

The staff was attentive and polite. No visitors allowed in rooms. Breakfast was poor. Facility was shabby. Room was tiny. I would not stay at this hotel again. |

It is actually good for a short stay and it is located in an expensive area close to many wonderful historical places. I did not like the breakfast at all. |

The only decent thing about this hotel is the location, which really isn't that much of a plus because there are plenty of other hotels in the area. TV was blurry, bathroom was clean but unsightly, beds were terrible. We asked for an iron and they gave us an old broken iron with no steam and they didn't have an ironing board. Room was right above a subway line, and very load so that one couldn't sleep past 7 in the morning. |
