Good location , very close to metro. Very clean compared to others in same area , i mean you can sleep comfortably professional staff very helpfull very good internet connection a bit over priced at times !! but if you're able to reserve way ahead of time you should get a good deal check out times are way too early !! someone going on vacation who would wake up at 10 to check out at 11 am !! Most hotels the earliest check out is 12:30 pm world wide !!

Good location and easy to travel from this location. The area around contains all facilities for tourist, and street is nice one. very clean room and a small kitchen facility. rooms are always small, the toilets are same size - minimal space. but that's London.

The hotel has been completely renovated and is a treat. From the moment we arrived the man at reception man gave us a wonderful welcome and in the morning we met another receptioniset went tout of his way to be helpful. The room was small (this is kensington and Chelsea after all) but had everything we required including the most aamazing compact kitchen you have ever seen. It would be quite possible to make your own breakfast in the room and there are plentry of supermarkets nearby to buy cereal, bread etc.No hesitation in recommending. Best value in central location. nothing

Location. Nice quiet street and very close to Earls Court tube station. Very small room but well equipped with A/C, nice bed, large TV, desk, and kitchenette (hidden in the closet). Staff: at checkout I asked where to go for breakfast and he couldn't advise me. Then he asked if I wanted to pay for my room, while they had already charged my credit card upon booking (which is standard hotel policy as I was told at check in). This new employee was not well instructed! Although the hotel is newly renovated: the sink was leaking and there was a loose electrical wire in the bathroom.

It was close to a tube station and was walking distance to pick up one of the hop on & off tour buses so one could use the tour bus for transit. Short tube trip to downtown. I knew hotel rooms were tiny in London but did not realize they made them out of closets. The first night and next morning there was no hot water, they claim it had to do with the water line coming in from the street, but that made no sense. The toilet seat was broken and never did get fixed the whole time I was there and although a newly renovated hotel, the bathroom sink was falling off the wall. The shower was very small and I am a small women.

Facilities and room design/equipment (wood floor, bathroom, LED TV, etc.), quality of bed, kitchenette (fridge, microwave oven, sink), overall cleanliness, good value for money, proximity to Earl Court's station Bathroom confined configuration (toilets right next to the sink), noisy at times, dark/small window, no TV remote

Loved room size Comfy bed Great shower Cleanliness Friendly staff Lift Lovely building Close to tube Close to food outlets and mini markets Fresh towels daily Microwave Hair dryer Free Wifi Recently renovated not quite finished. One Light fitting in LG1 not put in yet. The kitchenette was minuscule (in half a cupboard). There is the space to make a decent sized kitchenette. Not enough storage. Silly shelf as bedside cabinet instead of drawers, also too close to bed, had to put a pillow there so i didn't bang into it (as i did repeatedly on the first night) Glass door on bathroom with no lock and didn't shut fully. Had the room to make the bathroom abit bigger.

Location Hotel was too new, there was no proper sign on the door, instead it was a printed sheet of paper displaying hotel name and address. The included wifi signal did not reach into my basement room.

Room was one of the best single rooms, comparing similar prices - wooden flooring, high quality toiletries and a rain shower! Fully stocked apartment (microwave, plates). Location is excellent - directly opposite Earl's Court Station - a few minutes walk. Lots of restaurants close by. Staff also very cooperative. Sometimes the shower from the next room gets a bit annoying - however that's in most of the medium hotels. Other than that, nothing else.

The staff were incredibly friendly and approachable. Newly renovated hotel and although the room was small they'd designed it well to fit luggage well. So close to the underground, only about a minutes walk, if that. Close to a massive Sainsbury's. The wifi was very fast. Tv had a DVD player in it. Oh, and the microwave, nice touch! Had a fridge as well! (look in the cupboard, we nearly missed it haha) Only took us about 10 minutes to tube it to London. Very good location. - To the people who mentioned they don't do breakfast, they really wouldn't have the room, also there's about 3 pubs within a 3 minute walking distance, cheap as chips and good! Although it wasn't a problem for my partner and I, there were some stairs to reach our room. I'd suggest asking for a room without stairs (I assume they'd have some) if you find stairs difficult. Also the shower temperature was a little all over the place. Twice we couldn't get the hot water to work, we just waited till morning - no biggie for us.

Although size of room small this was explained on website and I have stayed in much smaller rooms, the space was well designed to get facilities in and still have some floor space.Size of room and facilities for a single occupancy booking - good. Excellent location. Helpful staff and 24 hour reception. Location spot on neara tube but sahme the street has so much litter bags dumped by public. Air con in room. Clean and at the moment nice decor but interesting to see if repairs etc are done. Didn't bother me but might some - hear/ feel the tube. Having booked two rooms it would have been n ice to have been on same floor as my friend.

Staff were incredibly helpful. Rooms were modern and clean. Walking distance to Earls Court Exhibition Centre and Tube. Hotel is newly refurbished and there are a lot of simple snagging problems in the rooms that need to be fixed. Windows do not open. The first room I stayed in was just too small for more than a one night stay but the staff moved me as soon as possible to a larger room as I was staying 5 nights. The second room was larger and more comfortable. Sink vanities in both rooms I stayed in were wood and were already stained and wobbly, these need to be replaced immediately. Drains in the first room were a little smelly. Toilet seats were wobbly. Facia not finished off in one room. If all the snagging was completed properly, this would be a smart little boutique property.
