Was made feel very welcome and woman was very helpful
It was a Very cold night but room was very cold dispite heating been on
From walking through the door you were made to feel welcome. Such friendly staff. There was plenty of information around if you needed anything all you had to do was ask and the staff would help. Felt like being home from home friendly warm and welcoming. Will deff stay again
Great staff. Comfy, cozy, everything you'll need!
The owner, Vivian, I believe was super! So friendly and informative!
Mainly, just the location! But even that was really not that bad! I was afraid of a B & B, but it surprised me and I would do it again!
Perfect location for us, near family!
The location was excellent being Very close to the town Centre, airports and moterways
comfortable beds, welcoming owner, nice continental breakfast. close to shopping, resteraunte and pub. Although it was on a busy street, I was not bothered by noise, even with the windows opened.
driveway moderately difficult to navigate, limited parking. Would have liked a ceiling fan.
very close to boucher road playing feilds
The Greenmount had comfortable furnishings and clean, beautiful rooms.
There was street noise to deal with, especially kids yelling at each other late at night. The place is hard to find, with no sign in front or numbers on the house visible from the street. It costs as much as places serving a full breakfast, but only serves continental.
The b&b was located good... £6 into town centre.. Loads of food places beside the b&b.. Room was very basic but clean... Had to share a bathroom which I didnt personally like but it was clean with plenty of fresh/clean towels.. Breakfast had a great choice between toast, cereal, fruit and tea or coffee.. Well worth a cheap stay.. £62
Friendly staff. 24 hour Asda across road.
On a roundabout!
Not expensive Parking is free
To noise just besides roundabout. Breakfast is so so.
Owner very nice
Beds are very comfortable, room was clean and neat, and shower works properly. Greenmount is very convenient for us to visit our son, and the owner is wonderfully warm and friendly. (It's our second stay there)
It's a bit tricky getting the lock on the front door to work! No mirror in the room.
A great place to stay, great facilities, friendly staff and the owner Vivian, is a welcoming committee on her own. A lovely person, dedicated to her B&B and making sure her guests are well looked after. Highly recommend Greenmount for a stay in Belfast - Great location
Not much really it was a great little B&B. I was very comfortable.... Cheers Vivian!!
Bed was comfortable, did not hear traffic/noise despite it being right on a roundabout. shower was very powerful, and bathroom and bedroom decor was nice.
Rooms a bit small and unfortunately there was a powercut during our stay which meant other members of our party could not shower/ or had to rinse themselves under taps, and there was no electricity for coffee/toast. Luckily it was restored in time for myself and my partner to shower for the day. Proprietress of the b&b was also ill so we were checked in by non native english speaking staff who were very nice and helpful but which was not ideal. To be fair though, most of the above were possibly not regular circumstances.
My husband and I arrived mid-afternoon at the B & B to find it locked and no one there. When we phoned the owner (number posted out front) she told us where the key was and what room we were assigned. About the same time a non-English speaking woman with her teenage children (presumably a live-in housekeeper) arrived on the porch. That's another story as the children ran up and down the stairs well into the night making noise outside our room. But I digress. Between her not speaking English except for a few words and us not speaking Spanish we understood her to say the owner would be by in 5 to 10 minutes. We waited a couple of hours for her and she never showed up. When she finally did, we found her defensive and rude and not apologetic about how inconvenienced we had been while she was out running personal errands. Her attitude was "take it up with Booking.com". We informed her our expectations of a B & B were that it would be staffed and a native speaking individual would be available to help travelers unfamiliar to the area how to best get around, what sights to see, etc. The location was poor - on a busy roundabout overlooking the golden arches of McDonald's - and not convenient to the city center. The room was tiny and the bathroom was so small it was a challenge trying to use it. We checked out the next morning (we were originally planning to stay two nights) after preparing our own breakfast and do not recommend this B & B which is essentially a high priced, poorly located, self-service facility. We never saw the owner again.
Quiet, comfortable, clean & tidy.
Didn't like the idea of having to order cooked breakfast in advance.
Great place to stay in Belfast. Felt like home away from home. We had breakfast together and made dinner too. About 15mins to the city centre very convenient and most importantly friendly host and owner Vivian made our trip fun and enjoyed every experience we had in Belfast.
Very friendly staff and could not have been made more welcome .
Heating could have been better organised , was very cold during visit and heating could have not been in timer setting .
The customer service was excellent as we're the room and kitchen/breakfast area.
The only small issue I had was the shower in the room was too slow for me but it wouldn't stop me booking again.
facility is old, bathroom small, not very clean
