Good sized room. Large bed. Bathroom good for purpose. Food and drink good. Staff helpful and friendly.
Rooms a bit noisy from hallway traffic
Overall i enjoyed my stay, rooms were beautifully furnished and stylish, staff helpfull and friendly
The only thing i hve to complain about is i left an expensive body wash and face cream In bathroom, had left for home when i arrived back to collect items, the items were gone an could not be found...and they werent with me...
Clean and generally well run hotel. Great Steak.
bar Menu fairly limited. Most dishes served with chips Function on Thursday night too noisey.
Very comfortable and spacious room. Good value-for-money
Very good hotel, which offers generally a good quality fir the price to pay.
The room was great. Comfortable bed and good shower - essentials! Desk staff were very good.
Restaurant had an unimaginative menu and was very expensive for what was on offer. Service was moderate.
Pleasant staff, nice place to stay. Good food.
Too much food! Seriously, a single meal could have easily fed both of us, so a lot ended up going to waste (and waist).
Friendly & helpful Staff Good food Very clean Professional staff
Very clean, modern and comfortable. Food was good although not what it was made out to be. would stay again.
The location wasn't great. Be aware of the wedding venue/club next door. It wasn't being used when I was there but wouldn't want to be if it was.
Excellent staff, very polite, helpful & they go the extra mile!
Beautiful setting. Comfortable bed and lovely breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
everything this was a great hotel food and rooms were first class.I stayed in a 4 star hotel in Galway recently wasn't a patch on the Greenvale superb*****
The staff, a very warm welcome. The local people were great, all very friendly. Good beer, great food.
Quality and price of food
I was spoilt rotten by the staff who went out of their way to make a solo traveller welcome. I was given the bridal suite with the huge Jacuzzi bath in addition to the shower. The food was lovely! a great menu and very tasty
The overall general hospitality - second to none. :) Food excellent.
The noise from the wedding parties but that was all.
Nice friendly staff, free wifi, comfortable dining room and bar. Ate only breakfast in the hotel but it was excellent both mornings we were there. It is also in a nice quiet location.
The location is very good but I would not consider it within 10 minutes walking distance of the town centre (as mentioned on hotel website). I am a fast walker and it took me 20 minutes! It might be 10 minutes to the main road, but not the town centre.
The breakfast was very good. The staff helpful and friendly
Heat of the rooms and common areas
