Lovely room, very comfortable bed. Breakfast was lovely.

The toilet was difficult to flush but i think as stated in a sign this could be due to the water pressure, and not a fault of the hotel itself.

The bedroom we had was just a little cold

1 mile walk to city centre. Very clean and comfortable. Cooked breakfast was amazing. Owners very nice and welcoming.

The shower, (our room, twin at top) was very inadequate and may need a power shower device added due to very low pressure. Also, just a suggestion but maybe cooked breakfast should be provide on a sunday till 10 rather than 9. With check out at 11 rather than 1030. Also, possibly an earlier check in time rather than 4pm. Noticed a few guests didnt make it down for breakfast.

Lovely Guest House tucked away from the bustle of the city centre, very pleasant staff, fabulous breakfast, wonderfully comfortable bed, blissfully quiet at night.

Nothing of note - WiFi a little hit and miss if that's particularly important to you.

We had a very warm welcome from Doug, the owner and got settled in with a nice cup of tea with fresh milk. The room is so nice and even a fresh bouquet of flowers and its super clean. The bedding is amazing, you just want to stay. The breakfast is very very nice and you can choose from different options from the warm menu and then there is croissants, fresh fruit, different cereals etc. I recommend this bed and breakfast very much so and we will definetely go back again!!!

Very friendly and helpfull staff. Small rooms but clean and with comfortable bed. You get fresh water and fresh milk for coffe and tea every day. Brekfast is tasty annd served on the choosen time. Afternoon tea is not only tea but also sandwiches and cakes - woth trying. Very small but nice garden. Good place for few days stay.

Internet on upper floor works very poor so if you need internet you should tak a room at the lowest floor available or have to work in a longe. One of the biggest inconvenience were separate water taps for cold and hot water, but it is quite common in uk and nobody understands the reason.

Fantastic period b & b! Beautiful garden, wonderful warm and friendly owners. My husband used to prefer chain hotels until we stayed here. The breakfast was superb, real porridge and cream, fresh fruits, pain au chocolat, scotch pancakes, toast, full English, juices, a real feast if wanted.

The price of 85gbp was too high. I did't think that it was worth this.

I stayed at the Greenwood Lodge in July 2012, having discovered it on the booking.com website and then checking out it's website. I had a thoroughly lovely stay. Everything had been thought of and provided, from tea, coffee and hot chocolate in the rooms to any type of toiletry you would need. The quality and cleanliness of the accommodation was top notch and I really liked the fact it had a homely and very independent feel, with lots of attention to detail, such as the tasty, homemade jams and honey in the morning. The house it's self also had lots of character and was very comfortable. The breakfast was utterly delicious and there was so much choice, from full English breakfast, cereals and baked goods, to fresh, Scottish, kippers, smoked haddock or salmon. All the 'little extras' included in the price of the accommodation and the very friendly and efficient service made it excellent value for money and I would definitely stay again. It wouldn't be an appropriate choice for groups of people who want to go out partying but for anyone wanting a quiet and relaxing stay/weekend break, it was great.

The only drawback, (which wasn't anything serious!), was that the outside gate, once shut and locked in the evening, was a bit fiddly to get back into and open again, but the rainy weather didn't help the situation and it was still manageable!

Don and sue are very kind and generous to us.

The bath equipments needs repairing.

Excellent welcome by owners and everything was done to make your stay pleasant and relaxing.. Were very helpful and advice was given to placeas to eat etc within the city on on night out. Breakfast very good..

Its a lovely house filled with antiques and very cosy and friendly. The landlord met us when we got back each day with a thermos of fresh milk for tea and was happy to advise us on what to do or see in Nottingham. The bed was comfortable. We didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that. Toiletries were provided and the Landlord put the heating on for us because we are having such a strange June and it was cold. No comfortable seating in the bedroom but there is a very nice lounge on the ground floor.

The room was quite small on the second floor and its quite a long way out of town but other than that everything was good.

The room was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. We were made very welcome by the hosts.

Very pleasant stay. Doug and Sue run a very efficient service and are kind and friendly. Excellent breakfast too!

家庭酒店应该给人家的感觉，可是女主人很傲慢。另外，退房那天因为已经离开房间在一楼等车，竟然没有洗手间- 给你使用，一句话打发：去车站用吧！这样的服务？
