Cancellation
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged GBP 2.00 per night and person for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

Pets are not allowed.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
The deposit will be taken on receipt of booking, with an additional charge of GBP 1.50 for each card transaction. The remaining payment is due on arrival.

The Gresford Hotel does not accept bookings from hen/stag parties or large single-sex groups (even if group members book separately).

the owners made you feel very welcome. the rooms were nice and cleaned daily. bed was really comfy. owners were very helpful and found us a show we could go and watch and give us a voucher for a free entry for one person wich was fantastic. and the hotel was based in a good place. was only a short distance to sea, shops, take aways and arcades and the owners found us somewhere we could keep our car over the weekend . |
