Good location .. Very basic but fine to have as a base camp for a few days

Needs a bit of a revamp .. A lick of paint wouldn't go a miss

The location to central London and Tube stops was great. Best price we could find on short notice in London. Room was larger than I had imagined it would be.

These are very basic accommodations -- a little dingy and definitely out of date. But its what you get for the money. There are no meals and few places to eat near the hotel early or late. Coffee was impossible to find.

The staff were helpful the room was cleaned well and they were willing to take care of our luggage when we wanted to leave it for a while when leaving the room maid was very good with. The cleaning

No meals, just a coffee or tea and toast would have helped perhaps tea /coffee facilities in bedrooms

    The Location was excellent

The room was a lot worse than the pictures. It is the smallest worse hotel room I have ever had.

It is right in the middle of london - a very central location

The bed was uncomfortable The windows were not well finished - meaning noise from the busy street was constant and touching the window edge was dangerous The bed had mites The carpet was filthy - disgusting The bathroom was unventilated, meaning a layer of moisture was over all surfaces

Had a large double room instead of the single I'd booked

The shower in my ensuite was being fixed when I checked in. I had the aroma of silicon as my sleeping companion! The workman, who was still working in the ensuite at 5pm, was very chirpy. No tea making facilities!!

Price, walking distance to a lot of stuff, in the room we stayed barely no traffic noise. A basic but nice stay.

Noisy beds, sound leaking in rom other rooms, could've been nice with separate reading lights. Fairly minor things.

The proximity to central London was very good and I suppose the price was good.

As l said the grubby front door theme is carried on throughout the hotel. It is poorly decorated with third world furnishings

Reasonable rate Location Quite clean Staffs lovely * if you just wanna hang out with your friends and come back to sleep. Here's one of your choices.

Safty, i can not sleep and leave the window open at night as there is no window defender and people could climb from room to room through the window.

Location is simply ideal. Clean sheets and clean towels every day. OK if you're out all day and sleep with earplugs.

Run down and musty. Very noisy day and night, earplugs a must to sleep at night. Room extremely dark.

Very central. The room was very basic- no frills but perfectly adequate. Bathroom was very small. We had a room at the back and heard very little noise till about 6.30 am- which is fantastic for central London.Clean, fresh towels daily. Lady at reception was very polite. Not for you if you want pampering but as a base with a comfy bed and private bathroom it's fine.

Decor was shabby, certainly needs a lick of paint. No kettle in the room so couldn't make a morning coffee- for me that's a pretty essential start to the day!

    Price and location were great.

Bed hard - could feel the springs. Pillows old and tough and thin. Hot in the room. Opening the window for air made it very noisy. NO INTERNET.

Sheets were clean but that should give you some idea of my expectation once I'd seen the room

Very grubby room, threadbare carpet, no breakfast, sticky greasy surfaces. Basically this is one step up from a hostel, fine but £100/night? We didn't arrive until 9.30, very tired or I would have left or made more of a fuss

To be honest, hotel was shabby, dated, small room , cupboard size en suite, squeaky bed and pretty basic BUT if all u need is a place to lay ur head, its clean and so well located for bars and restaurants, it's really quite OK!! I'd stay here again happily because at £90 for a double en suite slap bang in London, it's a snip!!

Basically the room was equivalent to a prison cell. One person of the staff was absolutely impolite and could barely talk English . Wouldn't recommend at all.

Great central London location. If you don't mind things rough around the edges, one night is fine.

It's very tatty, tired and in need of love. But for the price, you very much get what you pay for to be so centrally located.

The location is excellent, 5-7 mins from Leicester Square and Covent Garden. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, etc around. Price is very good.

Bed was bumpy, the springs stuck in our back all night and there were cigarette burns on the bedding. Paint was falling off the walls, generally just old and run down. Shower rooms were very small and awkward. No wifi.

    Location was ideal.

Rooms needed painting, door had about six inch gap at the bottom. Ugly disused fire place and old dated furniture. Tele very small and to far up on the wall.
