Rickety, scruffy, VERY basic Didn't get wake-up call I asked for
Heating was on during the summer. So hot it wasn't possible to sleep. Traffic outside was so loud it was like sleeping on the streets. Shower was cheap and plug was blocked so filled up with water.
Worst beds I've ever slept on, and I was in the army!
Shower room too small.
Staff were friendly. Location is good
Comfort, Bed, TV, Bath rooms, NO internet
Clean sheets and good location
Basic and traffic noise
The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very pleasant, the price was competitive, and the location was excellent. We enjoyed our stay very much.
Great location. Perfect breakfast cafe just down the street. Nice staff.
Location and price. Fairly quiet
Bathrooms were gross because of occupants, not hotel
The location is placed in a very good area, at 5 min alking to Picadilly and Central lines and near the center attraction area of London.
- bad conditions - shower at the end of the corridor, toillet the same; - old tv; - noisy room, bad sleep; - personnel not so kind; - pay for everything: even for the charger adapter...
Location is fantastic, within walking distance to lots of places & tube stations, reception staff very friendly & let us leave our bags on last day until we needed to collect them.
Room was not very clean, furniture very dated although sheets & towels were at least clean! Musty damp smell, take air freshener with you!

Excellent location. Quite hotel.
Uncomfortable bed, no water boiler or tea in the room.
The room itself was discusting, the walls were dirty, scratched and mouldy. There was a horrible smell around the room, the bathroom was very unclean and wooden areas rotting. We felt unsafe being here and you had to hand in room key when going out and no ID needed to get your room key from reception even though staff were all different and unfamiliar of ourselves. There was unclean bed linen and bad patch up jobs to cover over the worst of the stains across the wall, it is not worth the money to stay here. Do not stay here.
The location is ideal as we were going out and the 24hour service was convienient after a night out!
Room was unclean, unhygienic, lighting was terrible in the rooms could hardly seen in the mirror. Toilets were not clean and no en suite for most rooms. Duvets are very thin and not appropriate for winter weather either!
Location ideal. Very clean room.
2 inch gap at bottom of room door which made for a very noisy night when people were coming and going. Old and dated room.
Good location .. Very basic but fine to have as a base camp for a few days
Needs a bit of a revamp .. A lick of paint wouldn't go a miss
Central location, our room was fairly shielded from traffic noise, cleaning crew did a nice job daily. Basic, but nice value for money.
En-suite bathroom on the tiny side (think hard to turn around w/ door closed), sound leaking in from other rooms, no breakfast (but nice cafes and starbucks in walking distance).
The location to central London and Tube stops was great. Best price we could find on short notice in London. Room was larger than I had imagined it would be.
These are very basic accommodations -- a little dingy and definitely out of date. But its what you get for the money. There are no meals and few places to eat near the hotel early or late. Coffee was impossible to find.
The staff were helpful the room was cleaned well and they were willing to take care of our luggage when we wanted to leave it for a while when leaving the room maid was very good with. The cleaning
No meals, just a coffee or tea and toast would have helped perhaps tea /coffee facilities in bedrooms
Location was excellent. Rooms in annex were basic, clean and a very good price ... a little shabby but sufficiently comfortable for a night. I liked that the staff allocated our family room and a additional single together without a request. Left luggage is great for 5 pounds.
considering the price, everything was fine. TV needed retuning but we were too busy going fun stuff too bother.
Good location Central Quiet Basic but clean
Quite expensive for what it is Missing cement round electric sockets so a bit scary! Bathroom can only be described as a phone box stuck in the corner of the room!
Close to main attractions in London. Reasonable price and private room with ensuite
Very cramped room. Separate building to gain entry and to return key to each time came or went from the room. No wifi. One staff had a surly unhelpful attitude.
Staff reception on arrival and departure
