I choose the hotel because it was ideally located near where I had business to do. However, it is also very convenient if you fly in from Heathrow, as it is walking distance from Paddington Station where the Heathrow Express terminates. The room was really small, but I guess it was OK considering the price. Another strange thing is that the water coming out of the taps in the (minuscule) bathroom was boiling no matter what you did. It made washing your hands or taking a shower actually quite challenging. All in all a good value proposition though. |

I really have nothing good to say about this hotel. This is most definitely not a 3 star hotel. The location is excellent (close to city center and to transportation - Paddington station), but the room was tiny. Basically, for your money, you are getting a bed, ratty and worn carpet and bedding, and a washroom with bare amenities. Even at a discount price of 47 pounds, this hotel is a ripoff and I would never recommend or stay there again. They offered free maps and there were none available. |

The Hotel was excellent value and the Staff were all very helpful and friendly. The Hotel is very well situated for shopping and theatre. |

The hotel was in a great location. Right in the city a short walk to the Paddington Station and for the Bus Tours. Although they did rovide a breakfast we did not take advantage of it and opted for a littlecafe around the corner which was a bit less expensive. The room we stayed in smelled as if it were just painted. While I do appreciate that they were trying to keep the place looking decent I really did not care for the smell of the paint. I could have asked for another room but the weather was comfortable enough to leave the window open for fresh air and ventillation. |

The staff very, very good. The location was perfect. We would definitely stay there again Room was very noisy during the night, probably other guests which was not hotel's fault. TV did not work. When we mentioned this they did offer to move us to a different room but we did not think it worth as we were only there the one night. |

The hotel is very close to Paddington station so it's ideal for the Heathrow Express. The hotel is perfect for stopping over on your way to/from Heathrow. The front desk staff were very friendly. The room was clean & the shower was good (both v important!). We paid £53 for our room and thought it good value for money. We had booked a double/twin room but were given a triple - which would normally be fine except that the addition of the extra bed made the room extremely cramped. Also, as the hotel appears to have no air con I would not stay here during the summer. |

Very good value for money. Clean rooms and bathroom with clean shower and clean towels every day. Friendly staff. Kind of small rooms and the water temp in the shower was a little unstable. |

Helpful staff. Room quite well equipped(tea/coffee making facilities,TV,safety deposit box etc). Good location as a base for visiting various London attractions. All in all quite a reasonable price Being asked to pay fully in advance,before we had even seen our room.Bedroom quite small,but ok for a short stay. |

The facilities and the metro was really close (about 10 min walk to Padington). There was a coffee maker at the room and was big enough for 4 peoples. There was a problem with the flush. |

Location near Paddington station was great. There was a good working elevator. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Wireless internet was available. Single room was quite small but acceptable. TV system was hard to use. Some street noise in front room. |

Great location, close to everything My friend met an English girl and was not allowed to bring her back to our room for a few hours. Wont be coming back due to this reason. Would reccommend it only to a couple. |

The room was clean, bathroom good The door did not fit the frame, and had a large window with a blind that let in bright light all night. It was hard to lock and loose in the frame and we did not feel safe. |

The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable, it was clean. Some of the services are not what we expected : "Laundry service" =A Laundo-mat two blocks away. "Parking available"= we have 2 spaces out the front which are full so go go find your own parking... they did borrow a space from another hotel after I made a fuss. |

not far away from tube station room was very small and a bit cold at night. And the too hot water, doesn´t matter if you tried to get cold water it was always hot, you had to wait 5 minutes till it turned to ice cold water. |
