Food excellent, all staff very helpful. Good quality sheets, very comfortable. Liked the pc with internet access in my room. Bedspreads very heavy. Stairs to dining room not obvious, my mum fell up them one eve then the next day another lady did the same! |

Staff were fantastic and breakfast was excellent The rooms were tiny and in no way should be advertised as a double room even if they hada double bed in them. The bathroom was awful and timy. When you sat on the wc your feet were literally in the shower. The shower was terrible (we actually removed the shower head to get more water out of it). No way should this have a three star rating, this needs to be reviewed. |

the staff were friendly, helped when we had a problem with the room. Hotel was very central to everything The first room, was very small, bit run down - the hotel needs a bit of a refurb. Room nothing like the one in their brochure |

clean & tidy friendly staff, good food. although allocated parking was there,for guests, if you went out in the evening,when you came back it was very difficult to find a space maybe from non residential guests parking there while they were in the bar ?. |

The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast good When we arrived we found that the hotel room window couldn't be opened and the room was stifling as there was no air con. The staff was helpful in trying to find us a different room and eventually found a suitable room after 3/4 attempts of moving our luggage which was a bit of a bind considering we were only in Bournemouth for a couple of days and our time was precious. old toilitries in bathroom |

Easy to find, quiet location but only a short walk to the centre. Studio room was a good size. The room we were in could do with a power shower, bed was uncomfortable and there were no beans with the full english! |

Since our last visit eight months ago standards have dropped. Obviously a different chef as the presentation of the food was poor, although tasted OK. Choice of food was from the same menu each night, this reflected corner cutting and the use of convenience foods. |
