Good location, fair price, friendly service, good traffic opportunities

The food was horrible

Easy to locate.

The hotel did not meet our expectations. We have stayed at a number of park inn hotels, and this was by far the worst we have stayed in. The rooms were very dated, shower didn't work properly, views of a building site.we dont normally complain but felt we had to as i was not willing to part with £180 for this kind of standard. The manager working at the time we were checking out understood our reasons for complaining and gave us a reduced rate.

THe Hotel is in a good location with good access to the West End. The staff were friendly and helpful. The double room was of a good size and layout.

The shower in the bath was not ideal as drainage from the bath was quite poor and the height of the shower head was suitable for people of a more diminutive stature.

Position, breakfast was very good in quality and quantity (anyway fair for the price paid).

Nothing in particular, maybe the toilet was not so clean when we arrived.

the only best thing about it is - it's at the city centre. When I reached there and showed them reservations that I made via by booking.com, they told me that there was a system fault during my reservation and I need to stay at another nearby hotel for one night and then come back next day. This was unacceptable for me as I booked long back for three nights. After few minutes of discussion, they decided to give us a room. When we reached room, we noticed that there's no double bed.. they joined two twins bed and covered them to make it look like double bed. The bathtub stopper was not there, walls' awful. When we're still in the room, someone knocked and asked us if we're leaving as he needed to paint room. So on and on..

Great value for money. Friendly staff. Near to the city centre and tube stations.

Heating did not work on the room. Nevertheless, staff kindly provided us with a plug-in heater in 15 min.

Shampoo or shower gel not available. If you ask to have your luggage kept in a room at the reception desk, they charge one pound a piece. Is it not a bit exagerated?
