Great location, 7-minute walk to either Lancaster Gate or Queensway underground (the central line) very close to Notting Hale, Bond Street (shopping), Liverpool street station etc. Everything is within 10 or max 20 minutes. Great park (Hyde Park) to relax. Hotel has a good price for it's quality, we went in summer so airco was very much appriciated. Room wasn't that perfect, shower was broken and it didn't have any view. Staff was kind but not very helpful. |

I would certainly stay here again. The location is good for central London. The room was clean with a good bed. Bathroom small but adequate. Have stayed at cheaper hotels in London but this was worth the extra to get good nights sleep. Building work at front of hotel but if you ask and get a back room you will not be disturbed. |

Friendly staff. Easy access to London Parks and transport systems. Reasonable facilities and good sized room. our bedroom was in the basement area and the walls clearly showed signs of damp (flaking plaster) although there was no obvious damp smell. |

The location was very good, 5 minutes walk from two tube stations and in front of Hyde Park. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful in trying to solve the problems I had. The wireless connection, although very good and fast when it worked, did not work for more than 50% the time I passed in my room (the provider had some technical issues...). The water from the shower just stopped while showering at 8.20 am (I was on sixth floor, maybe the pressure was low as everyone was showering?). |

The room was OK and the location of the hotel is its biggest value. I had to demand most of the facilities specified as included for a business friendly room. Have a copy of your reservation with you. |

I liked the friendly atmosphere teh staff were very couteous, I travelled with my children and felt comfortable having a late drink in the bar, I have stayed there before and feel safe going to and from the hotel, close to Hyde Park so the children were able to use the park facilities, close to the tube I was not advised of the gym facilities, I wasn't made aware that I did not have the breakfast included in my booking which would have saved embarassment when I arrived at the restauraunt for breakfast. The family room was small |

Good locality. Friendly helpful staff willing to help and give information regarding London.. Near to tube station and Hyde Park. Nice bright hotel.Good size room. Unfortunately bathroom could have been a bit cleaner in W.C. and wash hand basin area. |

Great service upon arrival. The staff really made an effort to fulfill our requests. Excellent room with two beds - just as we wanted it.Friendly atmosphere in the lobby all the time. Safe storing of our luggage on the day of departure. Thanks for a very nice stay. We will definitely come back. |
