Park Inn Hyde Park

Hotelli sijaitsi lähellä metroasemaa, josta vaihtamatta metrolinjaa pääsi shoppailun ytimeen. Huone oli siisti ja perusjutut toimivat hyvin. Vaikka perhehuone sijaitsi basement kerroksessa, se ei oikeastaan haitannut, koska näköala oli villiviinikasvustoon ihan ok. Kylpyamme kiva lisä. Huone oli iso, olin kuullut, että Lontoon hotellien huoneet ovat pieniä, mukava yllätys. Lähellä löytyi perusruokapaikkoja.

Aamianen oli mielestäni liian kallis n. 13 puntaa, herkulliselta kyllä näytti, jäi kokeilematta. Aulatilat ehkä vähän liian hotelliketjumaisen näköiset, persoonattomat, jos nyt jotakin pitää kritisoida. Jääkaappi huoneessa olisi ollut hyvä.

Great location and very good value for money!

Nice hotel with easy access into the centre of London.

Being close to central london and the parks was nice, it was easy to get to from the tube stations.

Bedroom was far too small and cramped and bed was too small for a couple and made sleeping uncomfortable.

The assistant manager Stephanie treated us with respect when the booked room was unavaliable (we had booked a room with a double +two singles). In fact her personal service was excellent and made the stay bareable

the fact there was confusion over the room and the first person we encountered at reception tried to blame the booking service and basicly told us tough luck.

The location was great. Only a few minutes from the nearest tube. Rooms were comfortable and offered everything we needed.

The bathroom could be updated.

It's distance to the center of the city is great. Just walkways for minutes. And wi-fi is fine also.

Rooms were a little smaller than usual. There were no fridges in the room. Bathroom has no windows and the ventilation was not working.

The staff service is excellant and the cleanliness is also perfect, which is very important

The hotel is very close to bus station (Leinster Terrace) and to undergound station (Queensway). Reading other comments I asked a room with back view (because in front of the hotel people were working on a building and it was very noisy), at a higher level (we had a room at the 4th floor) and it was very good - quite and nice. Fortunately, the elevators were functional.

The only problem is the breakfast which is very expensive - 13.5 GBP per persons and the food is not excellent since it is English breakfast (we did not like this kind of food). Another problem for Europeans is that the plugs are made for English electronic devices, so if you want to charge your camera or phone you have to ask for an adaptors at the receptions. The problem is that they don't have many so you have to wait for someone to return it or you can give or electronic device to the reception to be charged there.
