パディントン駅から徒歩圏内で、ロケーションとしては良い。 窓から外の冷気が入ってきて部屋が寒くて困った。部屋を替えてくれるよう依頼し、他の部屋を見せてもらった- がやはり同じ状態。結局、夜は毛布を３枚もらい寝た。風呂のシェーバー用のコンセントも壊れていて使用不可- だった。 |

Great value for money. Friendly staff. Near to the city centre and tube stations. Heating did not work on the room. Nevertheless, staff kindly provided us with a plug-in heater in 15 min. |

Shampoo or shower gel not available. If you ask to have your luggage kept in a room at the reception desk, they charge one pound a piece. Is it not a bit exagerated? |

Being close to central london and the parks was nice, it was easy to get to from the tube stations. Bedroom was far too small and cramped and bed was too small for a couple and made sleeping uncomfortable. |

It was a lot smarter than I expected. Very clean. Five minutes' walk from Lancaster Gate tube station. We had a triple room, and although we were crammed in a bit, you don't go to London to spend time in a hotel room. (Also enjoyed having the freeview channels 'cos I live abroad and can't get them!) The ventilation in our room didn't work, and despite it being October, it was really hot in there! The window opened only a couple of inches so that didn't help, but reception said they couldn't do anything. Also, room service finished at 11pm so if you wanted a drink after that you'd had it. |

The assistant manager Stephanie treated us with respect when the booked room was unavaliable (we had booked a room with a double +two singles). In fact her personal service was excellent and made the stay bareable the fact there was confusion over the room and the first person we encountered at reception tried to blame the booking service and basicly told us tough luck. |

The location was great. Only a few minutes from the nearest tube. Rooms were comfortable and offered everything we needed. The bathroom could be updated. |

the location of the hotel was good as it was close to a nearby underground station, the dining facilities were very good, the reception area was very nicely decorated and inviting. the room we were given was a smoking room, neither or us smoked, it was very cramped as the bed took up most of the room, there were lots of cracks in the walls and the view was of a building site. the bathroom was tiny and not very nice. the price of breakfast was crazy. |

All went well and everyone was very nice & helpful. Except for only one lift, which wasn't a major problem... we were happy with all the Services. U have a nice operation...keep up the good work & friendly services. Regards;Mel & Maria Lift was out of order??? |

It's distance to the center of the city is great. Just walkways for minutes. And wi-fi is fine also. Rooms were a little smaller than usual. There were no fridges in the room. Bathroom has no windows and the ventilation was not working. |

it is near to dwon twon . good staff and friendlly. is bad hotel by facilities no action and response fm manger of hotel . three times. I note to hotel staff that A/C is not cold and no Fridge in the room . as Agrement and as shown during reservation by booking.com . |

The hotel is very close to bus station (Leinster Terrace) and to undergound station (Queensway). Reading other comments I asked a room with back view (because in front of the hotel people were working on a building and it was very noisy), at a higher level (we had a room at the 4th floor) and it was very good - quite and nice. Fortunately, the elevators were functional. The only problem is the breakfast which is very expensive - 13.5 GBP per persons and the food is not excellent since it is English breakfast (we did not like this kind of food). Another problem for Europeans is that the plugs are made for English electronic devices, so if you want to charge your camera or phone you have to ask for an adaptors at the receptions. The problem is that they don't have many so you have to wait for someone to return it or you can give or electronic device to the reception to be charged there. |

Big rooms, good cleaning service, helpful front-desk, variety af channels on tv; Good lacation - The hotel is placed in quite street but there are a lot of restarants, supermarkets and souvenir shops just in few minutes walking distance. Close to the tube (3 min walk). No refrigirator in the room. Bathroom wasn't wery comfortable. We asked for double room but got a twin room. Although, we were offered to switch to double room the next day so it was ok. |
