“ i liked everything about your hotel and would give it 95% and would recommend you to anyone. There was only one dissapointment hence 95% which was that I was on the top floor and you didnt have a lift. ”

Easy check in with friendly staff both on the front desk and in restaurant. External access to the accommodation, very quite and great location! Could use more staff on at breakfast. While our waitress did a great job couldn't help but see her struggling being on by herself with a full dining room.

i liked everything about your hotel and would give it 95% and would recommend you to anyone. There was only one dissapointment hence 95% which was that I was on the top floor and you didnt have a lift. If you had had a lift you would have got 100% But a very kind young lady at reception very kindly took my cases and carried them for me up the two flights of stairs as I am an old age pensioner. Except for the lift every thing was absolutely perfect.

Bed really comfy, breakfast ok, location. Shower was broken when we arrived, it was fixed the following day after I complained. No menu choice for hot breakfast, just told it was a full english. Waiting staff had no interest in the guests. Very poor customer service

My daughter and I have stayed here before. Love it! Great breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. It's about a 30 minute train ride to London so it is quiet. Can't think of anything right off.

Good sized room that was well quipped and clean.Comfortable beds. The manageress in bar was interested in how our food was.Young dark haired lady behind bar who took food order was very friendly and efficient as was the lady who brought out our food from kitchen.Lunch was very good and well presented. Breakfast : bacon over cooked, beans cold. Waitress not friendly didnt explain options for breakfast. Receptionist very miserable and unfriendly. No greeting when arrived just silent stare. Shame its a nice place.

Really nice to have a good pub and then accomodation in a seperate building so you do not get any of the noice. Looks like the rooms were recently refurbished. Breakfast (poached eggs) were very good

Although the Hotel is on a main road, the accommodation is at the rear. The rooms are excellent, very clean and comfortable. Above average. The food by George is a real treat, beautifully presented and very tasty. Very good staff. Very important, the experience from check in to check out was first class. Well done.

I found the staff very helpfull and the food was excellent and value for money my room was comfortable and very clean I really enjoyed my stay and the setting was really nice right opposite the pond The only thing I did not like was the air conditioning was noisey so at night I had to take my key card out

Very comfortable and friendly hotel. Food was excellent. Beds very comfortable. Amazing shower however as the room had no window an expel air would have been an advantage however staff advised me this was in hand.

Room was excellent - very spacious and comfortable with plenty of tea and coffee provided. Breakfast also very good both in quality and speed. Staff friendly. Quality of beer in the pub was average.
