The rowdy people outside the pub. The staff were flustered and a bit disorganised at check in and breakfast.

Really nice to have a good pub and then accomodation in a seperate building so you do not get any of the noice. Looks like the rooms were recently refurbished. Breakfast (poached eggs) were very good

Although the Hotel is on a main road, the accommodation is at the rear. The rooms are excellent, very clean and comfortable. Above average. The food by George is a real treat, beautifully presented and very tasty. Very good staff. Very important, the experience from check in to check out was first class. Well done.

I found the staff very helpfull and the food was excellent and value for money my room was comfortable and very clean I really enjoyed my stay and the setting was really nice right opposite the pond

The only thing I did not like was the air conditioning was noisey so at night I had to take my key card out

Amazing shower however as the room had no window an expel air would have been an advantage however staff advised me this was in hand.

The fire alarm went off at 5am on my first stay, thankfully not the second time I stayed!!

The hotel was in a nice location the rooms where comfortable and large with all amenities. All so the food was excellent.

The staff where friendly The Cooked Breakfast was 5 stars loads of parking tea & coffee making facilities in the bedroom iron & board in room bed was comfy I liked the fact that the rooms where in a separte building so if you went out it didn't matter what time you where back - which we did. TV with digibox handy loaction

It was cold in the bedroom they gave you a heater but it was still very cold.

Location was good, bed was comfy, room was a good size, breakfast was good

Bathroom looked dirty and run down, main door kept banging from people walking throughout the night, wasn't advised at time of booking that there was only a New Year's Eve food menu on offer that night.

Advertises on site parking but the car park was full. Need a few spaces designated for hotel guests and some disabled spaces. Receptionist actually laughed and said there was nothing she could do about it!

Wine prices are ridiculous! Very noisy rooms - doors slamming until the early hours of morning. Noisy guests have no consideration for other people.

room 101 too much noise from main door to the rooms, you can here the door slam shut each time somebody comes in or goes out.

Comfortable clean accommodation. Excellent breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Car park often congested - just about managed to find a space.
