The staff were fantastic and the breakfast was really good. If we went back to skegness we would definitely go there again. It's 5 star all the way! Only that we had a lot of rain but that can't be controlled!

My single seaview room at Greystones was comfortable but small! The B&B is ideally situated in the town centre and near to the beach. I managed to secure a parking space (there are only 3) but there was plenty of on street parking. Breakfast was good but it was only available between 8.15 - 9am. The staff were friendly. Although my room was comfortable (7) it lacked space and felt a bit claustrophobic. The room could do with some shelving, especially in the bathroom. It was fine for a weekend though. Extending the breakfast times at the weekend would be helpful!

Excellent location. I was origanlly put in a single room which was small, although adequate. As the TV was not working they happily moved me to a double room which was spacious and lovely. The cooked breakfast (included in the price) was excellent. Tea and coffee making facilities were in the room too. Excellent value for money. Would have liked a small fridge in the room.

Everything needed for an overnight stay-good value for money. Tea making facilities in the room -kettle provided but couldn't access water from small sink in en suite facility-angle of taps meant kettle couldnt be filled! Didnt bother me but some visitors would like a cup of tea in room I'm sure. Otherwise everything good. thank you..

The staff was very friendly the hotel was clean and comfortable and very good value. I would definitely stay there again. Excellent breakfast! It was impossible to see the TV from the bed as you needed to be viewing it straight on or the picture went into negative and it was mounted high on the wall. A minor point for one night but I would want it sorting out for a longer stay.

Staff very friendly, cleanliness of hotel. convenient for beach and shops also the theatre where there is a different show most nights. Car parking is limited at hotel, but we were directed to a car park at the back of hotel. Would have liked a little more choice for breakfast but it was ok.

Comfy bed Greystones should look at how they want there customers to feel small rooms wardrobe space limited ok if you are a child, not enough to hang up suit bags, breakfast was served between 8.15 - 9.00 and it was meagre 1 sausage 1 rasher of bacon 1 egg 1 hash brown and either beans or tomatos, one and a half slices of toast between 2 people in fact we had to ask for more toast and butter so very very poor nothing was offered we had to ask, breakfast cereal, juice, on 2 occasions we was just having out breakfast cereal when our breakfast was presented at the table we had not even got halfway through our cereal, in the room the tea/coffee was limited it was ok if you just wanted a coffee or tea with white sugar no other refreshments were there no de-caff coffee or tea no sweeteners so if you are thinking of going to this hotel have a look around first. Parking is limited it says what it does not say is there is only enough room for 3 cars which should of been put on the site, and also on booking this hotel we was not offered a lower room and was not aware of how many stairs there was to climb I would not recommend this hotel to anybody
