Максимальная вместимость дополнительных/детских кроватей в номере - 1.
Дополнительные кровати предоставляются по запросу. Требуется подтверждение со стороны отеля о предоставлении данной услуги.

the staff were very friendly and helpful I booked a luxury double room (which we did not get) it was a standard one, which i know because of my previous stay in October when I visited for business, and our room was not cleaned during our stay. |

The location was very good but the noise from the street was a bit off-putting. I suppose it was a Friday night so should have maybe expected it. Didn't book breakfast as it was far too expensive. Had a full English breakfast for £4.50 pp in a lovely restuarant in the City centre. Creaky floorboards in the 2 floor lobby were annoying. |

nice contemporary hotel with freindly staff carpet in the room was stained and looked filthy, the bathroom had rude shaped confetti on the floor surrounding the toilt which leads me to believe the place was not cleaned properly. The location of the hotel is bang opposite a nightclub / late bar and as such we did not get any sleep until 3am. The double glazing is woefull and keeps out no noise from outside what so ever. |

Location, service,cleanliness,staff pleasant and obliging Tv/audio facilities are not good enough,there should be a flat screen tv on wall freeing up room space; bath/shower space should have a safety rail since bath is narrow and deep, health and safety issue! Room smallish but clean and tidy. |

The room was nice with comfortable beds, although it was small. the bathroom was a nice design although a bit "tired". The overnight staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom sink was almost permanently blocked. The hotel wasn't quite as stylish as the website led you to believe (quite tatty in places) and our room was very small. The receptionist on our arrival was very frosty and unfriendly. |

Location was good - all main attractions easily accessible. Room was comfortable - especially beds. Evening meal in restaurant was excellent. Breakfast in the same restaurant was poor - meagre and poor value. Lighting in bathroom was not very good around mirror. |

Very stylish, comfortable and conveniently located. Within walking distance of the main station, Theatre Royal, Sage Gateshead, the Baltic arts centre and the quayside with its excellent restaurants and bars. The rooms are very well appointed - with big mugs for the tea! Slightly inconvenient having small flights of stairs to negotiate with heavy luggage. |

Watchout for travellers: The floors are staggered with respect to the elevators. Lots of tiny staircases leading up from the elevator to the rooms. If you are carrying heavy bags, this is not very nice. The hotel has no bell desk that can help you carry your bags. But otherwise, I would still stay in this place for its value, clean/ modern rooms and location. |

Helpful staff when booking, I had concerns regarding previous bad reviews, Hayley on reception was most helpful and gave us a refurbished room - thanks! On checking out we were told we would have to pay by the debit card we showed on arrival as if we paid by cash as we wanted, the cost of the room would be 'frozen' on my card for 7 days!! |
