- Staff where incredibly helpful! Becky on reception and the young lad in the restaurant where friendly, helpful, chatty and really made my stay. They are the reasons I will be coming back. - comfortable beds - clean rooms - great facilities - 24 hour gym access - food was incredible - secure parking - free WIFI - good price

bathroom fittings a bit dated but still a perfectly lovely bathroom.

I liked the price and the breakfast the following morning. Very comfortable rooms, situated nice and close to the NEC which was the purpose of our visit.

The room was a bit hot and I couldn't turn the heating off but apart from that it was good.

The room was stiflingly hot and we were not able to control the radiators, which made it very difficult to sleep until the early hours when the heating went off. The breakfast was excellent but the tea was cold each morning

A great hotel in the country but just minutes away from all the city attractions. Super-comfortable beds.

Great hotel to use when visiting the nec as its only aprox 13mins away with good secure on site parking, hotel food wasnt cheap but a harvester pub is only 5mins walk from the hotel offering various meal deals, but walk an extra 7mins from there to enjoy a choice off 3 indian resturants all offering good value!

Warm friendly hotel with excellent staff.

Our stay was excellent, the staff were very helpful and friendly, the breakfast room was very clean and tidy and the food was excellent.

The only down side to our stay was that the hot water from the shower/bath was not very hot and you could not put this down to the hotel being full because there was only 5 rooms being occupied, and we had a front room which was very dark and had to have the light on all the time, when we stay again we will request a room in the extended part of the hotel at the rear.

Welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is homey and comfortable. Good freshly cooked food. Sits in several acres and is in a quiet place but has main roads and motorways just minutes away.

Our room (twin, room 26) was dated and a little shabby. However, it was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and clean.

Very friendly staff, pleasant and comfortable rooms. Dinner in the evening was a very nice experience.

I would prefer the breakfast to be buffet style.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. It was an ideal place to stay for an overnight business trip.
