The owners were really helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. It was just over 3 miles from Derry which suited us perfectly - nice walk in on a sunny day or taxi was very cheap. Would definately stop there again and recommend it.

The room was very comfortable with a good bathroom with a super shower. Very clean, friendly staff, lovely breakfast.

The room was very big, clean and comfortable. Bathrooms very modern. The owners were exceptionally nice, John even offered to drive us into the city centre instead of ordering a taxi. It was a very enjoyable place to stay!

Stayed at this hotel last week so i could watch my son play football in the Foyles Cup. Its in a great location for all the amenities in the area and easy enough to get to Derry for shopping £4 in a taxi. You can travel to most areas of Northern Ireland from here to Belfast is only 1hr 20 mins. Margaret the owner is very hospitable and will cook what ever you require for breakfast and is always about with a smile. If i go to Ireland again I will definately stay here for the money its excellent value.

Wonderful hospitality and vegetarian brekky! My double room and bathroom were generous in size, very clean and comfortable. The free wifi was handy, too. The location of the accommodation is outside of Derry centre, but within 5 mins drive of it. I liked the location for this reason and also for the easy access to roads to other destinations.

I cannot fault this accommodation or the warm service I received - I had no problems, but think that if I had, it would have been addressed immediately.

Large clean comfortable room - the guesthouse has recently been opened and the room had excellent shower and a very comfortable bed. Good breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. Great value for money. Would happily stay at Groarty Manor again.

Just about everything, Friendly, polite people, helpful too, cooked my breakfast to my request. Comfortable, clean, private. Handy for the city of Derry yet set in country surroundings.

This hotel is well located in a beautiful at few miles outside of Derry. Room was comfortable even if the bed was too soft. Continental breakfast was OK.
