Bad planning of bathroom The light on the dining table accident prone Space in between sofas & center table very less,size of table too long Need some color in the apartment

the staff were so freindly and helpfull smilling all the time the rooms clean

the staff is very friendly and always smiling and want to help. the apartments clean and new with modern furniture nice bathroom. full room amenities from iron to coffee maker and even they offer bread and butter!!

the minimum days to stay is a bit long.

No enough &mirrors in the bedroom / far from shopping center / the computer system of our TV was not working properly which took one full day to be repaired the thing that annoyed us & disturb us but they upgradedus to one bed room apartment after / no buffet breakfast available .

I like the staffs, friendly and professional they make you feel at home,there is this guy with the conceige Andris he is such a nice fellow. Location is great,staffs responds almost immediately to ones need......

The apartments were nice. I was fooled by the pictures and paid extra for a one bedroom deluxe which happen to be the photos of the one bedroom and found this out after I arrived in London. The regular one bedroom is exactly the same size, or even a little bigger, because the living area had two sofas and I only had one, and the bedroom was bigger. I know this because my girlfriend booked that room and when I walked in I was totally pissed. I told the managers and of Course I didn't get a refund. I paid an additional 2k for a smaller space. Not happy about that at all. So please know the one bedroom deluxe is not worth the upgrade at all, unless you are looking for wasted space in a foyer, which could have went for a larger kitchen or living area.

Not being able to go directly to my room from ground floor. You have to go to the second floor, get off the elevator, walk down the hall and around the corner to the other elevator, then go to my floor to walk the same distance back to my room because it was across the hall from the other elevator..

Every thing was great & arranged. The give my son a lot of things as gift (toy bear, colors...).

Location little far from city centre.

That I must go throw 2 alivators to reach to the apartment also the apartments are very sensitive with the electronics installed in , tv has stopped working twice I had to call maintenace

A little too cool in the room and difficult to control the A/C, easiest to change the fan speed on the wall controller rather than changing the temperature.

Absolotly every thing..! Very clean & new units, modern appliances, amazing modern stylish design exactly the same as pictures in booking.com, good staff –all of them in general- Perfect location, steps to Hyde park, Oxford st. And many other important areas And actually it was less estimated by evaluation points in Booking.com I really have enjoyed my stay over there, & I think that I’ll repeat my visit again ensha’a Allah.

The place is slightly small/condense with the furniture Also the price was little-bit expensive.

Localização e Padrão Luxo.

Descobri ao chegar no hotel que a cadeia de hoteis é árabe. Sem preconceito mas me sentiria melhor no Hilton que tinha logo na esquina.

Hotel novo, mobiliário novo, muito limpo e moderno. As toalhas Sao trocadas todos os dias, as loucas sujas sao lavadas, muito bom.
