Location of hotel
Our room was very noisy ,we can't sleep well ,because there were renovation started 7am
we felt that all of the public areas had a lot of men! rather than families or couples????/
The price is very high
Dining service close at 11
Location is excellent and the staff are good also
It gets crowded with too many people (especially gulf people :/) and the bath room ropes and cleaning accessories are not replaced daily
Trying to charge £60 for one hour late for the chack out
Loved the hotel lobby, the ambiance and the Executive Lounge. The hotel is close to Oxford Street and Regent Street - great location for walking. The staff were very courteous and helpful.
The towels in the bathroom were very poor quality and not soft. The bathrobes were huge and poor quality cotton. The room we had was starting to look a little tired and worn.
Lovely location, good quality hotel infrastructure, and the general courtesy of the staff
Park Room afternoon tea was laboured, and staff were attentive but appeared disorganised (we had the wrong tea, waited 30 mins for a follow up order) - was recovered well by the staff, but first impressions were not good. Wifi was attrocious - good in the lounge, not working in the room - and the fact we had to pay for it ON TOP of the room rate was disgraceful in my view - this is a top of the range luxury hotel and as such Wifi should be seen like running water in the bathroom!!
relaxed lounge area and friendly staff - everywhere is spotlessly clean
whilst you can turn the air con off the noise from the ventilation system is quite loud and intrusive on a nights sleep
Wi-Fi Charge. Minibar sensors which can charge without real utilization of the items. Advance Extra charge for guarantee.
Friendly, polite, helpful staff. Many thanks to the security team who found my handbag. Beautiful surroundings. Sumptuous bed linen. A true pampering experience.
No toothpaste Free drink didn't include all members of my party.
The location and the fact that there's a Starbucks in the lobby.
Hotel was very busy and reception/ concierge staff were too busy to give personalized service. Wifi was £15 every 24 hours and complimentary late check out is next to impossible. Guests are penalized £60 for every hour they check out past 12. Very disappointing. Doubt I'll be heading back. Much better hotels in London for less.
Being so close to Oxford Street is a bonus if you are there for shopping. We found a lovely café nearby for breakfast if you don't want to pay the exorbitant price for breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The towels and dressing gowns gave a feel of luxury. The bathroom was fab!
Our room was very small, which meant that getting into the cupboard was difficult as there was a chair in front of it. The bin was under the desk, which was so close to the bed that my head was next to it! It was really difficult to find somewhere to put the tray with the tea making things next to a plug. The room was referred to as a 'deluxe quiet room', which is because it was facing the inner courtyard so no view of anything. Despite these things I didn't like, I would stay again if I wanted some luxury.
Poor service from the staff especially the manager.
- Starbucks in the lobby, - Location which allows you to have easy access to the hyde park and other tourist sightseeings.
i have booked Superior Double or Twin Room, and i've been given extra accessible room which is for handicaped and sick people and full of emergency wires and the toilet too with no bath tub. and I'm a normal person, and the hotel justified the need to fill rooms rather satisfying customers with this high price £484/night
It seems important.
Neither do l .
Location is perfect. Reception guys are so nice. Starbucks Bugatte is perfect in the morning.
A bit noisy when vehicle passed. House cleaning needs to be improved. Ventilation is a problem. Wifi signals not strong enough.
The room are really small. And the few is bad. I didn't like it at all. Next time I will choose another hotel
