Fridge was not replenished
Bathroom / shower was poor
Cleening of the rooms...
staff very helpful and friendly, especially parking, who were really helpful. Rooms were clean and cosy with everything you need to relax. Restaurants very nice, food good, staff friendly.
nothing, was all good
Everything was fabulous especially the care and attention of the staff.
because i was on London for a course, and the course was conducted in this hotel, manager helpe us to get a room because our booking was cancelled .i dont know by whom
i booked this hotel since 5 months and when we reached the hotel our booking was cancelled i dont know by whoom ,i did not receive a cancelation email from booking.com and stayed for three hours to rebook again, the price was not the same and this caused me to pay more 300 pounds for my total stay..
The executive lunge was extent.
The soft pillows
Everything seemed to be an effort in this hotel, nightmare at check -in/check out times. Service in the bar area was very slow & borderline rude. Room service was better, but most of the food was delivered cold, a long way from 5 star i'm afraid.
Staff at the reception , the main door and main restaurant were very nice and helpful.
Bed was not comfortable, it takes a long time for the concierge to bring anything to us, room service didn't do a good job and complimentary water was an issue for them if I ask for extra.
The bed and a very quiet room
Little shabby and the standard of cleanliness not as high as expected the bathrobe had blood stain on the collar
Tried to give me a smoking room, although requested and promised a morning news paper none was delivered.
Lenghty check in, involving queuing for 30 minutes at reception. Confusion amongst porters with luggage handling, I had to enter the left luggage room to identify my own bags.
I request to change the room to another room after two days. The new room was very good.
The first room is for accessible people. Reception has put me in that room because they are full. For that I think this very bad service and not acceptable reason.
- Hot Water in the shower is not enough.
I have been overcharged on my credit card I am still wating for the bill and the recepit
we asked for a docking station or stereo for music in our room but that said they only had a docking station for i phone 4 so that was no good
Excellent welcome, lovely room and bathroom, superb, caring staff. Indeed, 5 star service from a 5 star hotel.
The way the staff looked after us and was so polite
The drinks were expensive
In particular, the unfailing courtesy, efficiency, and helpfulness of every member of staff we encountered. The food was good and reasonably priced.
The decor and an impressive parking space.
Narrow corridors outside rooms
The room I was finally given
The room I was initially given
Very helpful staff once at the location. Efficient valet parking. Good to have complementary bottled water - unlike some other penny pinching hotels with this star rating! The shower over the bath was excellent and was better than many stand-alone showers I have used in hotels. Good bathroom overall - well appointed with loads of soft absorbant towels and good shampoo etc.
Person answering the telephone was difficult to understand and a little abrupt. The room (815) was comfortable and well appointed but would have been more so if a litle larger - but not a lot that can be done about that! Ridiculously expensive minibar! The hotel room details said the WiFi was chargeable but gave no indication of cost so didn't use it!
