The bed and the full English breakfast were wonderful!
I couldn't get my bath as hot as I'd like. The bathroom floor was cold.

Stayed in an executive room - so had access to the executive lounge which was lovely
Toilet too close to the bath which made it difficult to get in and out of the shower.

staff very helpful and friendly, especially parking, who were really helpful. Rooms were clean and cosy with everything you need to relax. Restaurants very nice, food good, staff friendly.

because i was on London for a course,and the course was conducted in this hotel,manager helpe us to get a room because our booking was cancelled .i dont know by whom
i booked this hotel since 5 months and when we reached the hotel our booking was cancelled i dont know by whoom ,i did not receive a cancelation email from booking.com and stayed for three hours to rebook again,the price was not the same and this caused me to pay more 300 pounds for my total stay..

Everything seemed to be an effort in this hotel, nightmare at check -in/check out times. Service in the bar area was very slow & borderline rude. Room service was better, but most of the food was delivered cold, a long way from 5 star i'm afraid.
Staff at the reception , the main door and main restaurant were very nice and helpful.
Bed was not comfortable, it takes a long time for the concierge to bring anything to us, room service didn't do a good job and complimentary water was an issue for them if I ask for extra.

Tried to give me a smoking room, although requested and promised a morning news paper none was delivered.
Lenghty check in, involving queuing for 30 minutes at reception. Confusion amongst porters with luggage handling, I had to enter the left luggage room to identify my own bags.
I request to change the room to another room after two days. The new room was very good.
The first room is for accessible people. Reception has put me in that room because they are full. For that I think this very bad service and not acceptable reason.
