The superior room was huge (for London), tastefully decorated, and immaculately clean. Loved the marble tiles in the bathroom. Unfortunately, we were given a 2nd floor room that wasn't properly insulated - there was loud thumping coming from a downstairs. Also, the day concierge wasn't very knowledgeable and had a surly attitude. |

Good location, helpful concierge and friendly staff. Our room on the second floor had a poor view and we were not able to open windows because the kitchen was right beneath and the smell of food was not very nice. |

Perfect location, with areas such as Knightsbridge, Hyde Park, Kensingston Gardens, shopping areas & West End within walking distance or a short cab ride. A well presented hotel. |

I got one night free so the price was good. The room was an upgrade which was great,but I am not able to compare with a normal deluxe. The rack rates are massive at Grosvenor House so value for money would be disasterous at those prices. As is known London prices are too high - special deals are the only way to get room rates down to average European levels. |

nice resort, good position, No wireless lan. Even if I had to pay the cionnection and to buy a cable, internet was not working and for such a five star hotel with such a price is unbelievable that i had to go out to an internet cafe. The first room they gave me had an orrible unberable smell. Is it normal? The key of the room were unmagneted twice in three days ... Normal? |

STAFFがフレンドリーである。 チェックイン、チェックアウトの手際が悪い。チェックインの際、時間が午後3時を過ぎていたにも拘わらず、- 部屋の掃除と準備が出来ていないということで、ロビーで約2時間待たされた。その間にウェルカムドリンク等- 、飲み物のサービスも何もなかった。 |

到着時、チェックイン・チェックアウト共予約したものと1日遅れの日程としてホテルの予約リストに登録され- ていると言われた。結果的にチェックインはできたが、予約日程を間違うとは最低レベルのミスではないか?そ- れ以外は快適に滞在でき、良い休暇が過ごせた。 |
