The staff wre excellent. They would help with all your cases and open the doors for you. There was even valet parking. Polite and friendly staff.

There was not anything I did not like.

I like every thing, since I am a rguler tourist traveler to London, almost 5 visits P.Y. this was my first time staying at Grosvenor House, the hospitality of the reseption staff(Mr.Oliver) was un-belevibale he is an Excellent staff, he did not left the reception till he alocated our rooms, v good wellcom from him, he offer us coffe and drinks while we are waiting for the room, he was going apologise to us for the slightly delay. The efficcient staff. The helpful manner in which everyone went about their business. Cleanliness, fine dining excellent. Sea food platter TO DIE FOR. 'MAX' GENTLEMAN IN RECEPTION FRONT OF HOUSE WONDERFUL. HELPED ME TO CHECK IN AND VERY GRACIOUS.

The Executive lounge was far too small for the amount of uests using the lounge and there was no facility to sit on a balcony adjecent to the executive lounge, unlike the Warldorf Astoria. The complimentry snacks and food thoughtout the day as advertised was not strictly tru. We went to the executive lounge several times and there was no-one there to advise us and we were unable to eat or drink anything. It is not a true reflection on what we thought we were buying into. The executive loung was one of the main reasons for booking this hotel having stayed at the Waldorf Astoria. In room dining not so good.

We liked the ambience, the friendliness of the Staff and the comfort of the room.

It was a pity that the in-room safe did not work (reported). My wife may have mislaid her mobile telephone in our room (350). Spoke to Hotel Security who in turn were going to speak to housekeeoing. A return call (contact no left) would have been helpful!

The resturant make very nice cheese cake .

The front desk very bad, the rooms very small, then we upgrade and pay more the 400 pounds for normal room .

Location is obviously a big plus Great steakhouse and good selection of wine

I ask you to spend some money for> renovation & modernizing the lobby area.

Location, location, location!

A few details pulled down the otherwise good first impression. Despite several attempts at having house staff remove the nail that ruined my wifes clothes on the desk chair, no such repair was made.

Breakfast was excellent. The staff were very approachable.

There was a small amount of milk for teas and coffees in the room. The toilet in the room was blocked. The toilets in the reception were unclean. The view from the room was very disappointing.

Poor check- in service. Took too long. Poor service at breakfast. Took too long. Had to complain that room had not been serviced when we returned at 1700 hrs.

The staff were very attentive. Location was excellent. The bed was amazing! I would stay here again but not in a suite.

We found the previous occupants underwear in one of the wardrobes, and some hairs in the bath plug hole.

Location and the steak reataurant.

House keeping not very attentive, stingy with toilettries and other necessary thing you expect from a so called Grand Hotel.

The inroom dining There is a specific menu for orders after 11pm. Most of the things were not available for many nights because there was no chef,so they only took orders for cold sandwiches and things that didnt require cooking or frying.
