Mucho, habitaciones amplias, luminosas, baño exterior, nada de ruidos. La cama maravillosa. Restaurante casi todo el dia. Muy elegante. Ubicación perfecta y muy bien comunicado.

Es un hotel de lujo pero no de los más caros,situado en uno de los mejores barrios de Londres,muy bien comunicado,cerca de las zonas comerciales,personal amable y resolutivo,lo han renovado y decorado bastante bien,inspira confianza y comodidad. No,me ha parecido todo bien y la estancia ha sido muy satisfactoria.

An excellent hotel with first class facilites well run and efficient service standard throughout. unfortunate closure of the pool area due to reconstruction work to start but were told no finish date has been given for project. shame would have been perfect stay and location if available

The cleanilness, luxurious environment and supportive house keeping. The room allocated for me and my family including 2 young children were without adequate space for all to sleep properly, although I have clearly mentioned in my booking at booking.com as 2 adult and 2 children with ages. Due to that we were cramping for space at the bed for all 4 of us to sleep.

Location is good Room layout and size are not to the expectation. Pulse the staffs are not polite or neither helpful, especially East European staff they are very rough in communication especially with Arab customer.

I basically licked the location and the food also the design if the building and the restaurants and cafe. The staff of the front desk Keeping me waiting ling time in the lobby although I have booked a suite with executive lounge access were Early arrival guests can enjoy the added value with the executive rooms/suite. The room was very cold that I had to ask for an electric heater, a 5 stars Marriott should have a better heating system! Staff standing out side in the entrance should stay in doors. Its not humanity to keep them freezing out there for long hours just to open the door for the guests they are humen and deserve a better work conditions,, they can open it while they stay indoors!

Loved the spacious room which was very traditional but with all modern requirements. Bedding was beautiful and there was no intrusive noise. The staff were very nice and the location was ideal for all my requirements. I was very happy and will choose the Grosvenor again. The imposed service charges and charges for Wifi

“He estado con mi familia en este hotel. Tomamos la tarifa de Club y eso nos ayudó muchísimo ya que las habitaciones eran bastantes mas grandes que el resto (una normal cuenta con 12m y la nuesra era de 23m), También la tarifa incluye desayuno , que por cierto era muy completo; e internet sin cargo, fundamental para poderestar comunicado al finalizar el día. Con esta tarifa hay acceso libre a un salón (Club Lounge) con bebidas y snacks a lo largo de todo el día, muy conveniente.
