The staff were friendly and front desk are providing service with smile. The location is excellent. The room size is good.
The hotel is too old and needs good maitinance specially washrooms. There is No wi fi in the room! Getting hotel service i.e. Laundry or bell boy takes long time more than 20 min!
The Steak House
We were told our luggage was in our room. It was not. The power blew on Saturday morning to TV and air conditioning. Saturday night GE girl came at 6:25 pm for turn down, we said come back in five minutes. She never came back. We had a 6:30m dinner reservation at the Steak House, we didn't get our entrées until two hours later. Sunday morning we were woken up at 6:30 am by a bellman to get our luggage. We were nit even checking out that day! Sunday night the outlet to charge our cell phones, etc. Quit working.
The location is ideal for anything you want to do in London. Grosvenor House is elegant and very comfortable. The saff are impeccable and that is not an exaggeration. They are warm, friendly, knowledgeable and truly want your stay to be everything you want. To be honest this is why we stayed at the JW Marriott and this is why we will return. We enjoyed the JW Steakhouse as a relaxing place to have a very good meal after a busy day when we just didn't want to go out again . Thank you for a wonderful stay.
There is not one thing I can think of suggesting that you change or improve.

It is not possible to reserve in club floor and they do not have club Salon. They replace Mini Bar instead of club Salon???

The service was superb. We especially enjoyed having breakfast overlooking Hyde Park each morning.

Very poor room located on a smoke floor even though I asked for noon-smoking room.
A guy his name Roman he really helped us with every thing we've needed.. We liked the breakfast there.. The flower in the lobey..and The secutery.
I did not like that the reception and the concerge were not too helpful, when we request any thing from them they do not do it quickly we should ask them more than once and to comfirm for the third time after that they do what we want. Also I did not like the smell in the floors between the rooms, and I did not like the late check out policy, they gave us just until 1 pm and we've wanted till 3 pm.

The function room was excellent and the food superb, Room 845; The bathroom was excellent and the bed linen beautiful.
The room was very small for a superior room.I had asked for a large bed as my husband is 6ft 5 and 18 stone, the mattress was so soft we bounced in the bed every time someone turned over.It was dissapointing as my husband used to have financial responsibility for The Grosvenor in the Westminster Hotel days and we had fond memories.
