bedroom cosy and in excellent position
Big room. Little extra touches were great.
The evening meal was very good. Wairess excellent
On arrival despite requesting 'not to many stairs' i was given a room on the top floor. There was no stair carpet on approach to room and painter was applying gloss paint. The whole place stank. I trapsed back to reception to be given a room on the top floor at the other end of the hotel. I chose the full English for breakfast. Being first in there was no excuse for the whole thing being cold. The bacon was undercooked and requested brown toast was white I sent it back. The waitress could not have cared less. She offered no appology or replacement. There is no way i will ever stay ther again nor will my staff
very clean and comfortable, would stay again, breakfast very good !
Liked being at the top of the hotel, away from road and any bar noise (I didn't hear any). Good sized room and bathroom, better than some of the chain hotels. Nicely appointed. Breakfast was tidy.
I guess I would have struggled with the staircase if I had large bags. There is no lift (not a problem for me as I tend not to use unless there is no alternative) so disabled access really looks an issue.
Staff very friendly and accommodating. Considering there's a bar downstairs minimal noise and they provide you with earplugs! Didn't need them! Food! Lovely rooms! Location - walking distance of everywhere in town. Parking - great as can be difficult to find parking in Aber otherwise!
Slanty floors but this is standard in Aberystwyth!
every thing in our room what we needed tea and coffee milk etc replaced regulery
waiting 3parts of an hour for our breakfast because ours was given to some other table we were left waiting like idoits was only when i asked where ours was the girl said she had messed up and when she did bring it the food was cold and not cooked not very happy about it
The quality of the superior room, being comfortable and large enough to relax in whilst not being able to hear the fin from the bar. The friendly helpful staff during our stay. The bar on the Saturday was particularly busy with revelling students and rugby fans, a heady mix! Despite it being busy the staff remained friendly and calm.
The room was lovely and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and accomodating and breakfast was delicious.
There is nothing we didnt like about our stay at Harry's
The staff were very helpful, attentive and helpful. The rooms were very clean, tidy and well presented. The ear plugs provided really helped and were needed for a while. Breakfast was just top quality, fresh and tasty.
The quirky floors that are slooping with age or subsidence take a while to get used to. It is noisy with the bar below at closing time, and when the street cleansing team arrive? Although ear plugs are provided.
Breakfast Staff friendly
Worst night on worst bed I've ever had the misfortune to experience- no sleep at all
Very pleasant stay
Nothing it was all good.
The staff at the reception was very helpful and nice, the decoration of the room is nice and stylish, breakfast was very delicious.
The room is a bit unbalance on the floor, not enough plug for chargers, water pressure in the toilet is a bit unstable as well.
Friendly staff, good food, perfect room, incredible!!!
The staff were excellent, the food was good, the place was clean and comerfortable.
Could do with some moderanization, clean but old.
The staff were excellent and helpful. The room was very large and comfortable. The breakfast was very tasty. The cleanliness of the room was a very high standard too.
It is a bar! I am sure this varies depending on what room you stay in. If you stay in room above the bar there is no chance of getting any sleep before 12.30am. In the morning the televisions in the bar are switched on for breakfast. This could be heard in the room too. Quiet was only possible between 12.30am and 6.30am.
Delux room - was large and comfortable
location price breakfast was good friendly staff
travelling with elderly relative and no lift to the upper flows. duvet too small for bed
The room was clean
Room on back of hotel with no view out of window due to metal fire escape directly in front of window. No lift, too many stairs and winding corridoors to negotiate. NOT suitable for disabled travelers. Bar on gound floor very loud, 4 large screen TV's showing sport continually, full with teenage drinkers.
They supplied ear plugs
noisy at the front of the hotel
room was clean and bed was comfortable bed to sleep in
the reason i said sleep was fair is because the guests in room 16 woke us up at 3am on saturday night their language was foul and it continued for over an hour, the phone in our room wasn`t working so had to put ear plugs in to try and get back to sleep.
friendly staff clean rooms warm welcome lovely breakfast
Comfortable, well equipped room with plenty of space for myself and teenage daughter. Lovely view over the town being on the top floor.
A little noisy from the street outside but ear plugs were given in the hotel room.
Good sized room with a great en suite shower. The bed linen was so soft and comfortable. Great breakfast with a good selection on offer.
drunken people kicking the door in corridor all night.
