very friendly staff, really clean and comfortable room, excellent location for town centre and beach, good breakfast and definitely allround great value being on the top(3rd floor) room was a bit of a climb (being 70 yrs old) but good excercise and soon got used to it

Excellent breakfast! Clean and comfortable, albeit a very small room. Friendly and efficient service. Very strange wonky walls and floor (not to be helped- very old building!) The shower doors were broken meaning they didn't shut properly (leaving a puddle of water on the floor).

The size of the room, and the friendlynest of the staff The fire alarm going off at 6.45am, no fault of the staff. the fact that the bath in the onsuite was not suitable for elderly-nohand rails

Harry's was a lovely place to stay and meals were fantastic and so close to all amenities and walking distance to all sightseeing venues. Staff were friendly and Sophie and the infamous Becky could not do enough for us. Fabulous customer focused staff.

From the moment we arrived we knew we would enjoy our stay. The staff were great. Everything was clean. Our deluxe room was fantastic. Breakfast was great. We rarely heard noise. Can't wait to go back. The shower leaked onto the floor.

the staff were really helpful parking was easy and the town was stunning really enjoyed my stay. the room was lovely very clean and i even liked the sloping floor lol the ensuite was very modern and new i will be staying there again. not suitable if your not nibble on your feet lots of stairs or for families. but the staff would help im sure.

Warm room, clean, tidy, well decorated. Well stocked toiletries, good supply of coffee and milk. Nice that there was a feedback questionnaire, and also a pen to complete it with. Friendly check in staff. As with all town houses, there was a long trek up lots of stairs to the room. Bed was somewhat hard. Parking was restricted and challenging. Service at breakfast a bit slow - one person trying to do lots of things.
