First impression from the back was quite daunting at first as this was the point of entry brought by Sat Nav. However excellent hotel bit quirky upstairs and no lift to the top if you had problems with stairs.Rooms were fine. Food was excellent manager apologised for what he thought was poor quantity of two dishes as we asked for extra veg and he removed the cost of two meals even though we did not complain. A very rare quality so excellent care and value. also rang to say we left an item which would be posted on.

The bar and restaurant was up to date and modern, good location- couple of minutes to all the shops and sea-front. The bathroom was brand new with bath and shower facilities and the bedroom had ample wardrobe/drawer space to put your things. There was a good choice for breakfast and the wait wasn't too long at all. The staff are lacking in customer skills and interest in guests. Bathroom stunk of paint/ glue fumes. Window could only be kept open by propping a bin under it. Very hard bed. Room next to air-con/ generator room so constant machine noise so lack of sleep.

All the staff were really friendly. Loved the room with it's bay window. Breakfast was really nice (lots to choose from and plenty of it). Good central location. Tv signal in room was poor.

It is debatable whether the room we stayed in is in n anyway represtented by the hotel advertised on the internet. It is not a hotel and restaurant it is a night club with rooms. The room was comfortable and fairly clean and the breakfast staff were obliging otherwise false advertising. The plenty of free parking is 6 spaces at the back of the hotel down a very small side street, and they were permenantly occupied by contractors vehicles.

Location to work good. Option to eat at hotel. Good breakfast. Floor very uneven. Only shower no bath. Beds lumpy and uneven, quilt too small. Room very cold at night. Single glazing not double resulting in very noisy. Parking not suitable, very small area.

Breakfast not bad Bar area packed druken noisey and drunken students. Groups of drunken shouting and screaming females still being served at bar. Music so loud, not able to have conversation. At least 3 large intimidating bouncers patroling bar area. Large tv screens everywhere Yobs causing trouble outside, smashing bar window whist bar open, glass everywhere Had to leave bar area to find a more civilized establishment No heating in room what so ever on a night temps dropped to minus 4 Decor old and tired Youths roaming corridors upsatairs drunk and carrying pints from the bar presumably to their rooms Coffee at breakfast luke warm Service indifferent Complete lack of proffesionalism, and infusiasm

It was quirky due to it being 3 georgian terraced houses knocked into one hotel and restaurant. Generous breakfast. Helpful staff. Close to the shops and seafront. Our room was small and there was no comfy chair and no view as it looked out over a roof. Although this was reflected in the cost, compared to the larger rooms with a street view, it was still a disappointment.

I Studied in Aberystwyth and knew Harry's as a bar an restaurant! On returning as a treat for a friends birthday I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was! The room was exceptionally clear! My friend left an item behind in the room and we were contacted when it was found which was very honest of the staff! Thoroughly enjoye our trip and would stay at Harry's again! Nothing everything was lovely

the hotel was booked for my daughter and son-in-law to visit me...we expected it to be noisy because of the bar and students..it wasn't a problem and knowhere near as bad as we thought it would be...even tho there was a halloween party going on downstairs...the couple will be staying there again in december as they liked it very much. this is not so much a complaint as a mention of the quirkiness...it was a bit like an easy to follow maze of stairs and corridors...small but wide lobsided doors...and a large room. the difficulty would be if you had trouble managing stairs. we didn't ask about a disabled room as i myself wasn't staying there.

Staff were really nice, room was nice and clean and the location was great. Food was also really nice. The hotel feels a bit like when you go into a crooked house. Quite uneven throughout which at times mad me feel queezy.

Very large comfortable, warm room, there were building works taking place, but this did not have any effect on us. Excellent choice of hot breakfasts. Spotlessly clean facilities. We stayed during first week of return to uni for the students so was a little bit rowdy but this was more than likely due to the particular week of the year that made it so obvious. We will be going back for graduation day next summer and will certainly be rebooking here.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was lovely. The actual bar and resturant was nice. The room was very clean. The room was small and the floor sloped alot, the room was very hot and the noise coming from extractor fans outside the window kept us awake. The bed was very uncomfortable it desperately needed a new matteress
