I understand that it is a cheap hotel but the room was dirty (ex. around light switches were "black" and I didn't even want to touch..., and there was a hair in the bath tab) and poorly decorated. It reminded me of a college dorm or YMCA. We've got a room on the ground floor so people on the street could see us through a faded and dusty transparent polyester curtain. The location was amazing. Close to everything. Less than a min from the station. Wonderful. |

Excellent location and room was fairly bright and spacious (based on twin room for a London hotel) No air conditioning and internet/wifi connection at £5 per hour is way out of line, most hotels I use offer free wifi. Room could use a mini fridge |

The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was of a very high standard. The decoration was tierd and the hotel is due a referb. |

Your staff were very helpful, especially after our room was burgled. There was no air conditioning in room 310 but having the window opened was very pleasant in the evening. No air conditioning. Not very good security. Our room was broken into. Also I noted a door with a "Keep this door locked at all times ' notice on it was unpadlocked when I saw it on Monday afternoon. No bar meals available in the bar. |

the room was in the corner and much smaller than the room i saw in the pic's. The towels were not clean. If the room is on the main street very noisy in the weekend |

Not much other than the location. Yes, the cost, very poor value and the fact that it was very much in need of a refurbishment and that there was no restaurant, room service or local restaurants. |

I booked a single room and the room was extremley hot, there was no fan and I had to go to reception at 4am in the morning to get a glass of water. I think drinking water should be as standard in a hotel room. |
