ηταν κεντρικο ,το προσωπικο ευγενικο, καθαρο με καλο πρωινο γευμα το δευτερο κρεββατι στο τρικλινο ηταν ανοιγομενοσ καναπεσ καθολου ανετοσ και δεν υπηρχε ψυγειο |

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πάρα πολύ καλό σε σχέση με την τιμή του. Άνετα δωμάτια, σκηνικό εποχής, ο χώρος γενικότερα σε ταξίδευε σε άλλες εποχές. Πλούσιο πρωϊνό και ευγενικό προσωπικό πρόθυμο να σε εξυπηρετήσει. Δίπλα στο σταθμό του μετρό με απευθείας σύνδεση για το κέντρο. Πολύ καλή περιοχή. Σίγουρα θα ξαναμείνω. Το μόνο που χρειάζεται είναι μια ανακαίνιση, κυρίως στο μπάνιο του αλλά φαντάζομαι ότι είναι κάτι που και οι ίδιοι το γνωρίζουν. Να μην χάσει όμως και την προσωπικότητα που έχει ως παλαιό ξενοδοχείο εποχής. |

Το ότι υπήρχε σταθμός του μετρό πάρα πολύ κοντά. Τις εγκαταστάσεις του οπωσδήποτε και την ικανότητα του προσωπικού του να λύνει αποτελεσματικότερα τα προβλήματα που αντιμετωπίζει ο κάθε πελάτης (π.χ. δεν είχαν να μας παρέχουν αντάπτορες για τις πρίζες, μας τοποθέτησαν αρχικώς σε δωμάτιο στο οποίο δε λειτουργούσε η θέρμανση του μπάνιου και μετά από "φασαρία"μετακινηθήκαμε, κ.α.) |

Ζεστό όμορφο περιβάλλον,ευχάριστο και ευγενικό προσωπικό, ωραίο αγγλικό πρωινό, πολύ καλή περιοχή, βολικό σημείο για κάθε μετακίνηση. Κάποιες επισκευές σε μικρές φθορές στο δωμάτιο, που ουσιαστικά δεν μας ενόχλησαν. |

Παλιό αρχοντικό κτίριο, ψηλοτάβανα δωμάτια, άνετο μπάνιο, ωραία γειτονιά, το μετρό δίπλα Χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση ή τουλάχιστον ένα καλό βάψιμο. Δεν είχε κομοδίνο δίπλα στο κρεβάτι! Ζήτησα και μου έφεραν μια καρέκλα |

It was excellent in terms of location for my requirements. Ultra Close to South Kensington tube The hotel needs renovation, everything is very tired, decor, threadbare carpets etc. |

Smiling helpful staff. 8th time I have stayed here so quite used to the standard. I didn't think the bathroom was as clean as it could have been. There was a used bar of soap in the sink. |

The convenient location to shops, restaurants, museums and underground. The hotel is very tired with regards to decor. The floor of the room we were in 'squeaked' with every footstep and the bathroom was diabolical. If you were over 5'6" there was no chance of using the shower. The shower was at one end of the bath and the bath was next to the wall that sloped as the bathroom was sited in what was the roof space. Hotel information, both online and in literature provided by the hotel stated that the hotel bar was open on Saturdays, it was closed on the Saturday we stayed! |

The hotel was so close to the tube station and easy to get to. The hotel really needs to be updated and decorated. Its a beautiful building and it needs to be looked after. Our room had old paint coming off the ceiling, the wood doors were badly damaged and everything needed to be updated. The bed sheets were clean and fresh. |

the very central location, the breakfast was good with lots of choice, no alternative to dairy milk for cereals tho' The only criticism that I have is the hotel needs some refurbishment, lots of chipped paint, peeling wallpaper and the sink in the on-suite had quite a large crack in bowl, on a positive note, it was clean and comfortable |

It is idally situated for many of Londons attractions, the hotel staff were very helpful indeed The hotel decor is looking a bit tired, the heating was turned up to high, the TV had very poor reception and the air conditioning was ineffective |

It is too much close to bus facilities and South Kinsington Underground. They didn't alow us to check in even half hour before 2 O'clock, and there were a false fire alarm around 3 AM, but the staff were the first to run away, and there were nobody to explain what is going on. All the photoes displayed on the website are totally different from what we got. They are showing the rooms of the Royal Suits, but the double rooms are too small. |

Good location The staff were good but one of them had never heard of the Albert Hall and his english was poor. Lack of milk in our room for tea. Staff tired and not very friendly in the breakfast bar. |
