the very central location, the breakfast was good with lots of choice, no alternative to dairy milk for cereals tho' The only criticism that I have is the hotel needs some refurbishment, lots of chipped paint, peeling wallpaper and the sink in the on-suite had quite a large crack in bowl, on a positive note, it was clean and comfortable |

It is idally situated for many of Londons attractions, the hotel staff were very helpful indeed The hotel decor is looking a bit tired, the heating was turned up to high, the TV had very poor reception and the air conditioning was ineffective |

Great location for travelling to London, walking or by tube. Excellent breakfast. No dinner served in hotel. Room needed an update and too hot at night. |

I liked the location of the hotel. IThe hotel was clean although the decor was old and needed freshened. The rooms were uncomfortably. Would recommend on the location factor. |

It is too much close to bus facilities and South Kinsington Underground. They didn't alow us to check in even half hour before 2 O'clock, and there were a false fire alarm around 3 AM, but the staff were the first to run away, and there were nobody to explain what is going on. All the photoes displayed on the website are totally different from what we got. They are showing the rooms of the Royal Suits, but the double rooms are too small. |

Good location The staff were good but one of them had never heard of the Albert Hall and his english was poor. Lack of milk in our room for tea. Staff tired and not very friendly in the breakfast bar. |

The location was very good Room in need of refubishment. Bed must be very old. Fire alarm went off. I know it was not your fault but staff could have come out to see if anyone was cold or sick etc. |

The 10% we got off the bill at the end of our stay! Should have been 50%!!! There were holes in the carpet, paint coming off the walls, also we were put at the front of the hotel where the road works were underway until 5AM!!! We traveled with our 1yr old daughter and was forced to put her in the bathroom so she was able to get a little sleep. Oh yeah there was a hole in the wardrobe where some one/some thing had hit it. |

Considering it was on a busy road the bedroom was very quiet. We also liked the fact that it was only a minute away from the tube station |

It was not to far away from the place of my Conference It is reasonably old fashioned and worn out, for instance; the lifts are very slow ! The Staff however was excellent and the breakfast very complete. |

Everybody knows this old style London hotels which have never seen any improvement in the fast (?) fifty years, but for that price you cannot demand more. It was clean, quiet, with free Wireless Internet and a good breakfest. |

Staff were friendly. Location was excellent for what we wanted. Hotel was OK fot our purposes. we were only there for one night so did not use many of the services. Decor was tired and badly needs updating. Carpet in our room around was frayed around the edges. Bathroom clean but again needed updating.Public areas were rather dingy although clean. Bar is dismal!! the furniture was old and worn and the lighting dark making it unwelcoming. Windows could have done with a clean!! |
