Location of hotel to nearest tube station , large room , friendly & helpfull staff. In comparison to the room itself, the en-suite bathroom was a bit dissapointing,paint was peeling and flaking off from the ceiling and the flooring had seen better days. |

it was easy to get to he room was desperately in need of a complerte overhaul, the shower did not work, and generally it felt quite grubby |

The Norfolk bar was nice The hotel was very hot all the time. The bedroom was a fair size although it really needed a new coat of paint. The bathroom was disgusting - the flooring was peeling the bath panel was rotten and mouldy, the toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall, and the windows were part rotten/mouldy with paint peeling off. |

this hotel was too expensive for the facilities and we paied for 2 beds for 3 people and got a pull out sofa , cheap and old we spent a lot of money for the room and it was not up to par to others in London . needs major overhall. |
