everything is wonderful in this hotel and i will be staying there every time i visit london

adjusting the water at the bathroom could become a nightmare

Staff very polite. The room was a little tired but very clean and comfortable. No noise from guests or servicing staff.

The hotel requires some attention to the paintwork and other decoration. We could not find a remote control for the television.. No ironing facilities in the room. Foreign staff should speak English at all times, even amongst each other, when guests can hear.

The hotel was very clean, staff very helpful and near to the underground

creaky floor in our room was a bit annoying and no late bar license apart from that very pleased

The room was nice and the breakfast was good

I was amazed that no options for evening meal or snack were offered, despite there being a bar and breakfast kitchen . staff said in a very offhand way that there were plenty of restaurants nearby-I did not want to go out again.

It was an appropriate location for my business needs.

For the amount of money cherged for the room I expected to be able to have a proper shower facility in my bathroom. It was pathetic.

I could open a window in my room; there was an electric fan which was virtually silent - these two things made for the best night's sleep I've had in a hotel for a long time - I hate air-conditioning! The breakfast offered a generous choice.

I didn't 'dislike' this aspect, but it's only fair to say that the room was a bit run-down - the price was a generous reflection of this, so any complaint would be most unfair.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. My room was quiet and cool.

The room I booked, at a considerable reduction, was most definitely woth the price. I do not consider, however I would have felt the same about it at the full price.
