Staff very nice and helpful, good breakfast Twin beds old and not comfortable. Lots of street noise but nothing they can do about that. |

I was given an excellent room - Room 100. Hotel is very convenient for Underground, Restaurants and Taxis Bathroom window needs fixing to keep out cold and noise |

Room clean, spacious and bright The cooked breakfast was poor quality. Bacon overcooked, sausages poor quality, tea out of a machine. We could not use the shower as there was no connection to change from bath to shower. |

Excellent reception. 1. The bathroom was poor - almost impossible to turn off the shower, poor decor, especially the bath panel. No hand grabs in shower/bath. |

The reception area which was lovely, and the staff who were very helpful. The room was quiet, clean and roomy. The bathroom could do with a little updating but that's all. The breakfast was nice, lots of fresh fruit, meats & cheeses, pastries and hot food too. Shame there was no residents bar that stayed open after 11. |

the hotel is situated near everything that we wanted to visit which made our stay more sucessful, we liked the fact breakfast could be accessible longer than our stays at premier travel inns or travelodges we had a bewildering experience just before going out for the evening to a concert at the royal albert hall, where a occupant above us had left a tap running and not checked the plug was unplugged which resulted in our bathroom having water pouring through our rooms ceiling , if we hadnt checked before going out the damage to the rooms would have been far worse, the staff responded quickly , |
