Friendly & helpful staff
High ceilings in the room made it feel bigger Comfy beds
The bathrooms are terrible, looks like a caravan bathroom has been cut in half and stuck in the room
Tea and coffee available in the room. Very good location.
The Wi-Fi did not work in the room. The breakfast room was too small. The breakfast had few options.
Generally clean with a well made, quite comfortable bed, though pillows were quite lumpy.
We only met one member of reception staff who was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was poor, especially considering the cost of a night's stay. Because our room was close to the front door we had two disturbed nights. Room and bathroom was tight.
Location, wifi, friendly staff. value for money.
Breakfast was very poor and plain.
Location was great, bed was comfortable. Private shower/wash room was good. 24hr access. Clean bed. Tea coffee and tv in room
It is basic and not immaculately clean in corners/behind cupboards. To be expected on a main road but could be noisy on a night.
Value for money Family rooms(4-6 beds) Breakfast included Tidy
Staff appeared dodgy and unprofessional but helped when asked.
location was ok
poor rooms, noisy, dreadful - if not inedible breakfast,
The breakfast was good. Cleanliness everyday. The staff took great care of us.
The room was small and also the toilet and shower were compact.
-central -grande chambre pour 4
-Toilette/douche mediocre -WIFI / WLAN not functioning -very limited breakfeast - far from Subway station
friendly staff, clean rooms , perfect for one night
Everything-tiny cramped room, dirty smelly shower. Filthy curtain hanging by a single hook. Bed propped up on a wooden block. The most horrible place I have ever stayed.
Great service from staff. Bed was clean and comfy. Good facilities for the price
Shower, toilet and sink crammed into a tiny space. Can't even sit on toilet properly and shower is almost above the toilet
It was very convenient for the locations we needed - British Library, British Museum, Museum Mile.
The room was really cramped - and the bathroom even more so! The breakfast was very basic indeed, in what appeared to be a work's canteen from 1972, staffed by an ignorant woman who hardly looked at you, let alone spoke. There's a reason the bathroom and the breakfast room don't have photos on the website!
I liked the price for a 1 nights stay as I was only there for 6hrs
It stayed it had its own bathroom which was in a cupboard very odd
looked ok from the picture, i feel disappointed when I saw it, the bathroom is toooo small, the overall cleanness of the hotel room is not good.
Close to underground
It is dirty and stuffy. The room is claustrophobic and shabby. The breakfast is poor. Th cleaner is a shame.
had to go down three flights of stairs to get tea bags as there was none in the room and had to clamber over bags of washing left in front of the front door to get out in the morning, a defiant fire hazard.
Very clean room, nice sheets. Staff was helpful. We had a quite room in the back. Had wifi!
Nothing, the rooms were small but the price was small too!
no air-condition, blood stain on bed-sheet, small shower room, blocked pipe in shower room.
no safe no luxury loud outside breakfast is not the right word for it
The room was cramped. The shower door was moldy and there were hairs in the sink and shower. It was very hot and not even a fan to use to cool off with. Only sugar to make a beverage with. Continental breakfast very poor. No lift. The price was outrageous given the quality. I'm surprised that booking.com would contract with this place.
Self-contained, all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay, bus stop outside the door for travel into Oxford town centre, helpful staff. Our room had little balcony and the room was very light and airy. Studio 3 - lovely views of the surrounding street and a glimpse of the country side.
A little out of town but not a bad thing as the bus stop was outside the door. Only a 10 minute bus ride to town centre.
