Friendly staff. Kids loved their bunk beds and private area. Very child friendly and children loved their milk and cookies before bed. Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others thinking about visiting the theme park.

The children's entertainment room was a bit tired looking with damaged toys and books, although a really good idea. It's a pity people do not respect facilities on offer which spoils the experience for others.

The rooms were beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The food was good. The barbeque was a fantastic idea.

The coffee machine wouldn't make a latte and there was pepper, but no salt on the tables.

The whole experience was great. First time to a themed hotel and we loved it. They understand that if the kids r happy, then the parents r too. Rooms were great and the walk to Gullivers World was easy.

We stayed in the themed family room which has a separate section for the children, they loved their treetop bunkbeds & tv/dvd players! The outside & indoor play areas were great to allow them to burn off extra steam before going back to the room.

The room was quite hot so my husband put on the air conditioning unit however it didn't circulate too well & at regular intervals would make a loud surge, unfortunately neither of us slept too well...my husband was too hot & the unit kept waking me up. The wifi was poor but we didn't really need to use it. The so called dvd library had a very poor selection but luckily we took our own for the children.

Very enjoyable stay. child, aged four, loved family room with den and DVD player, as well as the indoor & outdoor play areas in the hotel. Food suitable for all ages. Visit to water zone was fabulous- sheer joy on child's face as he played. Many rides that he could access at Gulliver's World too. Staff at hotel and theme parks all great and very accommodating. Will definitely visit again.

Staff was amazing! - our little boy was sick the first night and they took away all the dirty things straight away and replaced it all with fresh clean things for us, they was just so helpful in every way! Shop!- They have a little gift shop for the kids, and its not overly priced either! they have dvd players with a good selection of dvds free of charge!

The room (family suite - not themed) was immaculate and huge! The special touch at the drinks tray was very much appreciated by the kids - a big bottle of squash. The shower was divine (only have a bath at home!)! There was a BBQ on during the evening which we joined in with and it was a bargain for really lovely food! The breakfast in the morning was bountiful and scrummy! The staff were brilliant and couldn't do enough to help!

My only possible problem would be that the beds were quite firm. Which for some people is great, but we prefer slightly softer. Other than that cannot fault our stay!
