Love the kids play areas & activities for the kids in the hotel
Kids running down the corridors until late, not great when you have a two year old trying to sleep
Very clean, brilliant family room.
Food was shocking, not much entertainment for kids at night, no seperate bar to order drinks at(the reception is the bar) wi-fi in room very poor, does not feel like a theme park hotel very boring, no wow factor when u walk in, would not go back.
Where it was, first night friendly staff and second night.lovely setting and clean.
Rooms way to hot at night. Second morning in hotel mouldy bread, cold beans... staff couldnt understand english when spoken to about breakfast and apologise. Was gutted as first night and breakfast at gullivers was excellent.disappointing last day really.
The staff were lovely the rooms were clean and lots to do for the children
To get your room a little earlier than 3 pm

Play area could be bigger or have more swings etc Staff need more training
Brilliant themed rooms and super customer service when we encountered a fault in our room. Upgrade given and kids delighted = adults delighted.
Everything, especially the location & decor!
Everything was perfect!
The rooms were great staff v good but all run off their feet at breakfast leaving diners without crockery, milk, juice, egg, cups and bread!
Breakfast. Skeleton staff at an extremely busy breakfast. People were waking out. My husband for one, it was bedlam!!
Location, Overall look was good welcoming and comforable
BBQ not upto much could do better
Great rooms children loved having their own sleeping area and dvd
We had a bbq but it was not very well planned. It took 10mins waiting with our plates for more chips to arrive. Also breakfast was hectic and they ran out of yogurt
Location to Gulliver's World Theme Park.

10.30am too early to check out Breakfast area too for how busy the hotel is
Friendly staff. Kids loved their bunk beds and private area. Very child friendly and children loved their milk and cookies before bed. Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others thinking about visiting the theme park.
The children's entertainment room was a bit tired looking with damaged toys and books, although a really good idea. It's a pity people do not respect facilities on offer which spoils the experience for others.
LOVELY SPACIOUS ROOM EXTREMELY CLEAN WHITE BED LINEN AND TOWELS STAFF OUTSTANDING
Gullivers world is both fun for adults and children it is well Organised and reasonable with the pricing - my son especially loved the splash zone and didnt want to leave also all the staff in gullivers hotel were all polite and accomadating . I was looking to book my nxt trip as soon as we got home. Thanks gullivers world I have one happy little boy. Victoria and Charlie Ashworth
Make sure you have a Sat Nav or map, as you would not expect where you end up, on a late drive in Warrington. When you wake up, you realise it's a kiddie theme park with coaches arriving.
The hotel was very nice and comfortable, staff were friendly.
Checking in and out was chaotic!
Staff rooms location childrens evening entertainment
I dont have anything negative to add
Location of hotel Rooms very spacious
Toaster needs to be moved Dangerous and chaotic place right by the hot tea and drinks crazy No room for both too many people around a very small space Heard all guests complain about it Such. A shame simply move it
The rooms were beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The food was good. The barbeque was a fantastic idea.
The coffee machine wouldn't make a latte and there was pepper, but no salt on the tables.
Child friendly - the cookies and milk for the children at night was a brilliant idea Good breakfast Nice BBQ Friendly staff
Hot rooms - air conditioning very noisy. Disappointed no swimming facilities around the park/hotel.
more than value for your money....excellent !
