One day they didn't clean and tidy my room so I have neither the possibility to make me a cofee as I had finished it the day before. You have to pay for breakfast and this is not fair, because on the web they appear as one of the cheapest accomodation but just beacause there is no breakfast, staff almost absent, no shampoo, nothing. Just it's a place to sleep

Talking in advance really smoothed our arrival they need to know when you arriving so im glad I got there no and mentioned our dietry requirements which they helped us with by storing foods in the fridge and freezing our freezer packs. It was a quiet hotel with mostly business men on contracts so was good for the kids as they didnt get disturbed also the location was good for thomas land. And as long as I told them our plans they were helpful and they even let us have a takeaway in the breakfast area. Water pressure was poor so didnt have much of a shower, I found the bed much too firm but it wasnt lumpy so I didnt complain, and I do think it was over priced for the quality of accomodation. We only went there as there were no spaces at other small hotels for the dates I needed

central location, good breakfast, good wi-fi connection. Stayed in Coach house, in need of updating, room shabby but clean, squeaky floorboards. All amenities worked but very dated. mirrors set low on walls being 6 foot had to stoop to shave and comb hair. a few minor changes will add value to this accomodation have stayed in better also alot worse.
