Good location for access to Gatwick, friendly staff, basic but clean ensuite with excellent shower. Restaurant and bar on site or very good pub near by which served excellent food. Would definitely stay there again. |

The hotel is easy to reach by train (stop at Horley Station) and the hotel shuttle brought me quickly at the airport. To finish, even at 5h30 am, I could have some breakfast. |

close to airport limited restaurant service. Both early morning and afternoon was limited. Near an airport, more extended service is almost a must. Dilivery to airport was at arrivals instead of departures. difficult when you have large bads to look after. |

Yes there was only 3 staff on.only 1 could converse in english,one din't know about location.how etc for gatwick airport .had diffculity getting a drink from bar. |

It was close to Gatwick South Teminal and also to have the transfer shuttle bus. Good car park. Nice location. Jug kettle in bedroom. Pleasant welcome and helpful regarding all bookings and transfer to airport. It could do with a complete new refurbishment, walls all scored with suitcases obviously banging against them and skirting boards very scruffy, as well as ceilings. Yes, the bed and sink was clean enough, but room cold. Curtains hanging off occasional hooks in bar area. Just suitable for a quick overnight stay for airport. |

It was adequate for what I wanted as an overnight stay, didn't spend much time there, I arrived 11pm and left at 8am. Slept well, bed comfortable and extremely clean, breakfast was very good, transport was extremely reliable, and staff very courteous. |

liked nothing about this hotel, very poor have stayed in many hotels this was the worst i have ever been in, wall,seats,dinning area bedroom toilet where dirty how it is still open in this condition is beyond me. |

good access to the air port. Free pickup and return by hotel van. Good value if one is looking for an overnight stop at Gatwick. some of the upper rooms require lugging the suitcase up a couple of flights of stairs. Not a big deal. Some people might have a problem if aged or infirmed. |

Reasonable rates, convenient for the airport, free transport to and from airport, accommodating staff, sufficient conveniences with no unnecessary frills. Dependable transport to the airport. Very minor inconveniences: (1) the advertised cooked breakfast was not available on early departure; (2) instructions for meeting the courtesy transport at Gatwick were not clear, and the car took much longer than promised to pick me up. |

rooms very basic, bed not comfortable, room overlooked busy main road, although I had requested a quiet room. Was charged £5 for late check in, and we didnot use free transfer back to airport in the morning so I would have though they could have waivered the £5 for late check in |

Convenient location, efficient courtesy transport to the airport. Also good location walking distance to shopping area. Good quality breakfast provided Television set was not working |
