Very convenient for Gatwick airport with good transport to and from airport. The room was small and cramped; the continental breakfast was very poor |

Liked the fact there was free transport to and from Gatwick airport. Liked the fact that we could take our room as soon as we arrived. Got in late from abroad and didn't like the fact had to vacate our room at 10am next morning. |

Eating at Ye Olde 6 Bells pub The additional five pounds charge to go to the airport before 8 a.m. In my opinion this is a money grab and it is not advertised. |

The hotel was very close to Gatwick and convenient for the road outside which felt like it came into the road. Everything, hot, uncomfortable, noisey, unable to sleep, dirty, old decoration, dirty dining room, bad food. I would recommend it to my worst enemy. |

It was very convenient for Gatwick Airport and we found a wonderful 300 year old pub close by which had a good menu at reasonable prices called the Olde 5 tonnes pub. The back room we had at the hotel was very quiet. |

Transfer between airport and hotel was easy despite arriving after midnight.Return shuttle was also no problem even to different terminal. Difficult communications with staff, ie language, trying to make staff aware of problems |

Room pleasant. Staff overworked but pleasant. Only one staff on after 11pm so that if they met you at airport they could leave difficulties at hotel. The shower panel fell down. There were not enough staff for breaklfast. |

It was very good value, and was nice and close to airport, with a good B/Fast in the morning. I would like to see the use of fresh vegie's in their soups not packet. It is so easy to use fresh to-day hope they take that on board. |
