good access to the air port. Free pickup and return by hotel van. Good value if one is looking for an overnight stop at Gatwick. some of the upper rooms require lugging the suitcase up a couple of flights of stairs. Not a big deal. Some people might have a problem if aged or infirmed. |

Reasonable rates, convenient for the airport, free transport to and from airport, accommodating staff, sufficient conveniences with no unnecessary frills. Dependable transport to the airport. Very minor inconveniences: (1) the advertised cooked breakfast was not available on early departure; (2) instructions for meeting the courtesy transport at Gatwick were not clear, and the car took much longer than promised to pick me up. |

rooms very basic, bed not comfortable, room overlooked busy main road, although I had requested a quiet room. Was charged £5 for late check in, and we didnot use free transfer back to airport in the morning so I would have though they could have waivered the £5 for late check in |

The friendlyness and williningness of the staff to accomodate guests needs. This hotel is good for travellers staying one night as a layover between flights. Room size, lighting, location of televisions, bulky keys, dirty fish tank in lobby and dining room and the notice and threat of fine for eating in rooms. |

Close to the airport, very easy to stay night between flights (airport transfer on request). Nice and humorous staff, good service. Bed was uncomfortable and the room very small. |

The free shuttle bus back to the airport; The kettle in your room with tea and coffee; the guy checked us in despite us not getting there until 2am in the morning due to our delayed flight. Room smelt of damp; Paint marks all over the en-suite toilet; room was freezing; breakfast was allegedly worth £7.50 (if we hadn't paid in advance this is the charge), yet it was very minimal to say the least (1 rasher of bacon; 1 sausage; 1 fried egg and a few beans). |

close to gatwick airport with transfers, staff were courteous and food smelt good. if you want a comfortable bed, hot water and a clean room pay the extra £10 to stay in a different hotel, if however can sleep on broken beds, don't mind a cold shower in the morning and really want the cheapest room near Gatwick then this is for you. ( if you're really that skint maybe stay at the airport) |

Shuttle to and from Gatwick was efficient. Staff were very helpful. Beds were comfortable. The only chair in the room was very grubby. |

Bedroom was small but clean. Staff were informative, helpful, business-like. Shuttle to and from the airport was very useful. Very old fashioned deadbolt lock system on doors - seemed unsafe in the event of a fire. Mouldy smell in bathroom. Confused and muddled breakfast with hit and miss service. |

Very dissatisfied Smell of curry as you walked through the door & this was all over the hotel. Rooms very basic - bed creaked every time we moved, broken cupboard, no hangers or place to hang a jacket, pillows very dirty.Whole place in need of refurbishment. Bathroom smelled of damp on entry & no proper ventilation in bathroom. Linen very old. |

Overall we were happy with the Hotel. The rooms were clean but need a lick of paint. The room was a little crampt with the 3 beds in it. The breakfast was quite ample with a good variety. If the other bedrooms were of simular quality they could do with a revamp. |
