Upon arrival at any terminal of Gatwick Airport, go to the ground floor level (following the signs to the courtesy coaches). Under the Hotels Courtesy Coaches sign there is a yellow free phone – please dial 89101 to request a pick-up car. For South terminal, please use bus stop 12 and for North terminal, please use bus stop 8.
The courtesy car will arrive within 10-20 minutes and is available 24-hours. Please note that this service is free between 9 am and 10 pm, but room-only rates will be charged GBP 6.00 per room per trip.
