When we had a problem with the first room we stayed in, we were changed to another the next day which was less noisy and much brighter. Very Clean Hotel with a lovely Lounge and Garden. Very close to beach and all other amenities. Would have liked towels to be changed - we stayed for 5 days and with no proper hanging space for them they remained damp. The first room we were given although nice in appearance, was very dark and creaky and there were smells wafting up from the kitchen below |

Close to the beach and town centre; excellent breakfast; nice rooms, except for the beds. The staff was friendly but that was it; not really doing their best to show some interest in their quests. We asked several times to fix a door to the bathroom but nothing was done. The young girl at the reception did not know much about the hotel. It was f.e. not clear to her that we yes or no could have diner in the hotel or where to find a good restaurant in town. The mattresses on the beds were terrible hard and are ready for replacement |

Staff were good. Breakfast was good, dining room spacious and attractive. Very good choice of breakfast. Very well situated, between town centre and beach. The room we had was small, cramped, and could not relax. The "bathroom" was miniscule. |

The personal attention and consideration by the owner/manager. The wash hand basin was awkwardly placed in the room. |

It is in a good location, close to the beach and town centre. The hotel is attractively decorated and guests have the use of a large, comfortable lounge. We stayed for three nights and were disappointed to be given a small room at the back of the hotel, which had very little daylight. I don't know what the other rooms are like. This place is billed as a small friendly hotel, but it felt a little impersonal. I only saw the owners for a few minutes when we checked in and again when we paid the bill. |

I liked the proximity of the beach and the town was a reasonable walking distance. The staff were very friendly and very accomodating. The breakfast was fantastic and inclusive of the room price. |

Easy booking in. Breakfasts were excellent. Amenities and attractions were all within walking distance from hotel. Security system on door so you could come and go as you liked. Only downside was that our room was a little small but otherwise ok. |
