Good to have another alternative hotel close to the West End yet clean, friendly and value for money. The proximity of the Old Vic, Imax cinema, Imperial War Museaum, South Bank and Covent Garden means we had no need for the tube all weekend - and we arrive in town via Waterloo. A really good find and we will definitely become regulars. Excellent

The hotel is new and modern design. Double room slightly small but adequate for the two nights we stayed. Breakfast was excellent and dinning room very clean and well served. Little bit of noise from street traffic, but that is te case with most city hotels. Highly recommended for a couple who like a little luxury.

Position was excellent. Food was excellent Room and bathroom was large, modern and clean. Bathroom was large and well laid out but all though there was plenty of room did not include a bidet. The lighting in the room was extremely poor.

The location and overall design of the hotel led us to expect far better service than we received. The restaurant manager was just about the only one who actually smiled at us the entire time we were there. The attitude of the front desk and the duty manager were, less than welcoming, queries were dismissed with less than full consideration. The waiters acted as though they were being forced to work! The bellman was quite happy to let us carry our cases into the room and then hung back afterwards...! When we called down to check out, we had to call down 4 times because the front desk was not answering the phone. We ended up having to leave the hotel earlier than planned to go to another hotel because we were not happy with the service! Sadly the difference was amazing- with just about everyone at out new-similarly priced hotel smiling all the time!

Close to Waterloo Station. Received champange welcome drink. Breakfast was amazing, pastries, croissants, cooked breakfast, fresh fruit, cheeses, cold meats, smoked salmon, cakes, cheesecake. Great sauna and gym. We had 2 single beds pushed together rather than a large double bed which I booked. The air con was noisy. All the lights came on at once, so you couldn't have 1 light on or dim lighting. They started hoovering and knocking on doors to clean rooms at about 8.30am which I felt was very early considering it was the weekend. The bathroom door and the shower door was completely see-through glass and they did not shut properly. You could see people showering in the shower by the sauna (glass door) and there were no changing rooms.

This is a very stylish hotel with good room facilities and I very much enjoyed the glass of cava as awelcome to h10. The staff were always friendly and nothing was too much trouble. This was my second stay and will definately stay again. Its take 4 minutes to walk to Lambeth North tube or 10 minutes to waterloo station also 10 minutes to westminister so very well situated for the main london attractions of houses of parliament, london eye to name but a few.

Very good buffet breakfast and given a complimentary drink of champagne on arrival. Staff were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Some building work was being carried out at the hotel but all guests were being offered a complimentary glass of champagne to compensate.

My stay was made 100% more comfortable by the wonderful Lady who works in the bar. I was in London for the first time and was alone and she made me feel extremely welcome and gave me a lot of pointers on where to go and what to do. She spoke many languages and was altogether a very lovely person. She is an absolute asset to your Hotel. Many thanks and I will hope to stay again in the near future
