Var teikt tikai to labāko: ērta atrašanās vieta - ar kājām sasniedzami vairāki populāri apskates objekti, pie pašas viesnīcas ir autobusu pietura, tuvu atrodas arī metro un dzelzceļa stacijas; eleganti atturīgs un moderns dizains un iekārtojums, ļoti laipns personāls, komfortabls un pietiekami plašs numurs ar burvīgu skatu uz Londonu, ļoti ērta gulta, brokastis augstākajā līmenī! Noteikti atgriezīsimies vēlreiz!

Beautiful room, even though slightly small but still very beautiful design. Has everything you need...iron, board etc. Very nice breakfast with lots of options..Except that desert never changes..every day same stuff and all with cinnamon which im not allowed to have...sad..i never had any deserts for all 6 nights of my stay. Also only salted butter is available...its not really working with jam....Another problem is fried eggs..no well done eggs at the buffet so had to request from kitchen..which was never done as well done even after our special request for that..always with liquid...could not eat.. But in general the hotel is definitely worth to come back...Staff is friendly.Location is great..very convenient to everywhere and all sightseeings, underground is not far...beautiful view from the rooms...Will come back again for sure if I have chance...

Requested for slippers for 3 days from 3 different staff...was not actioned till got it from hk trolley directly. Internet with vouchers is very very annoying...first day wi-fi didnt work in my room at all till they reset the router. After that the annoying vouchers started..its 1 voucher for 1 device only, so I had to take 3 (laptop, mobile & tab)..plus vouchers dont work continuously as after some time you are kicked out from network and have to submit the password again and again and old voucher is not working anymore... So you have to go down to ask for new voucher... Instead they could do one password valid for all deviced throughout the stay as long as wi-fi is free anyways...As most of the hotels are doing..

I couldn't iron my own shirt, there was no iron of ironing board in the room Wifi was very poor on my IPad - certain apps kept timing out. I tried in my room and in the foyer and the signal strength was generally erratic

The very helpful porter/concierge arranged for me to freshen up in the gym after an early arrival - reception was no use. I asked twice for a quiet room and was given a noisy one. Once I complained the manager quickly found me a room at the back. Comfortable bed and pillows Modern and well maintained

Clueless reception staff! Standard rooms fairly small My note to housekeeping asking to replace water glasses which they had taken away the day before, went ignored. It's noisy. Buses go past this hoel every minute - you need to ask for a room at the back of the hotel I didn't feel comfortable walking to the hotel at night, once you get past Waterloo it feels quite isolated a meal in the restaurant was poor - a terribly overdone steak and vegetables and despite asking for no sauce, it came with it anyway.

The superior room we booked was really exceptional!

Good location close to Waterloo gives easy access to both the city and the West End for business or leisure. Good breakfast buffet. Modern, well-equipped comfortable rooms, good wi-fi.

Not enough staff at breakfast - eg I had to get my own tea/coffee a number of times having waited too long for service.

The room was small, and there were 2 single beds instead of a queen / king. It was very noisy, and there was no place for soap / shampoo in the shower!

The room and hotel was nicely presented, your staff in the restaurant were very good and there was an excellent choice of breakfast.

The room was not sound proof from the room next door. The occupant woke me at 2.00 am and then again at 4.30 am. I called your security at 4.30 due to the tv blaring from the room next door, they did deal with this swiftly. However, your reception staff were ill equipped to deal with a complaint and did not refer me to a manager. Your Reception staff also tried to charge again for the rooms that had been booked a paid for previously and it was obvious that they lacked the basic of training.

Very disappointed with: broken lights x 2, Ipod docking not working, no refill of milk/tea, kettle leaking, one dressing gown despite being two guests, housekeeping knocking on door at 8am

This was the 2nd time my wife and I stayed at the H10 Waterloo and it is our hotel of choice when wanting accomodation in London.

There was nothing that did not meet our exp[ectations.

hoovering before 9am in the in morning on a Sunday, and one of the cleaners knocking on the door at about 9 when check out wasn't until 12.00. Not well organised, and the only hotel I've ever experienced that in

Reception staff and area. Welcome drink of sparkly wine was a nice touch. Room was clean, comfy with great views. We slept really well

The food was dreadful, for our evening meal. When we said we did not enjoy it the waiter said it was complicated?? Breakfast food was better, but the restaurant staff seemed disinterested and unsure of how to treat people in the restaurant, where we were shown a seat and nothing else.

This is a very good hotel's choice: few minutes from Waterloo underground station and around 10 minutes walking up to London Eye. The room is large and clean and hotel's staff presents a extremely warmth treatment during all the time we've spent there. I strongly recommend h10 Waterloo London!

Only a walk away from Waterloo. Clean and comfortable with good room facilities.

The beddings need to be re-vamped - lighter/puffier duvets & pillows. Bedsheets felt slightly over-used/washed. Expected to have a bathtub in a Deluxe Room!!

The food is excellent, the location is 10 mins walk from Waterloo station

Lovely welcome on check in. Nice decor, not at all "stuffy". Great views. Very good breakfast.
