The friendly staff and general atmosphere, the outstanding food and beautifully decorated rooms.
We received a warm welcome and it was very interesting talking to Andy and Jane. The rooms were excellent
Nothing to report.
From the initial contact to the waving goodbye, Jane made us feel very welcome .We booked the hotel for a long weekend birthday / anniversary celebration to follow the Tour de France. Jane got up very early Saturday to make our breakfast and to make us a packed lunch to take for the day. Her menus include an excellent selection of locally sourced food. The black pudding is to die for !!! Our room was just superb , the views are breath taking and very quiet and relaxing.
That I didn't take my slippers !!!
Unashamed luxury, very well appointed room, lots of nice touches such as quality toiletries and fluffy bathrobes. Excellent food, both dinner and breakfast were memorable meals with excellent cooking and ingredients.
Nothing, this is a small and perfectly formed "restaurant with rooms".
A lovely welcome from Jane and Andy - great food, comfy room - big bed. Lovely bathroom. Will go again.
